PARTAGeneralDescriptionandRequirements第一部分工程概况和要求1GeneralDescriptionofProject1工程概况1.1GeneralIntroductionofW-EGasTransmissionLiuzhuangUndergroundGasStorageProject1.1西气东输地下储气库建设工程刘庄地下储气库简介W-EGasTransmissionLiuzhuangUndergroundGasStorageProjectistheaccessorialprojectofJi—NingPipelinewhichisonepartofW-EGasTransmissionPipelineProject.ItsmainroleistoensurethedownstreamconsumerofJi—NingPipelinecanusenaturalgassafelyandreposefully.Theinjectioncapabilityofthefirstperiodis150×104m3/dandtheextractioncapabilityis240×104m3/d.西气东输地下储气库建设工程刘庄地下储气库是西气东输管道冀宁支线的配套工程。其主要任务是确保为冀宁线下游用户安全平稳供气。该工程一期注气规模为150×104m3/d,采气规模为240×104m3/d。Thevendorshallsupply2electricmotorengine/reciprocatingcompressorunitstofulfilltheinjectioncapability.供货商应为本项目提供2套电动机驱动的往复式压缩机组。2GeneralDocumentRequirements2投标文件总体要求2.1Allbiddingdocuments,materialsanddrawingsshallbeprovidedandorganizedinaccordancewiththeSpecifications,butnotlimitedasthese.2.1所有的投标文件和资料及图纸均应该按规格书要求进行编制和提供,但不限于此。2.2Thegoverninglanguagesofappliedstandardsshallbeinitsoriginallanguages(thedefaultlanguageisenglish).2.2所采用标准以该标准最原始制定国家的母语为准(默认的语言是英语)。2.3Inbiddingdocuments,thecontentlist,thefirstandsecondlevelsofcontenttitlesshallbeinChineseandEnglish.2.3所有投标技术文件目录和二级标题必须同时使用中文和英文。2.4AllcalculationsanddisplayshallbeintheS.I.unit.Alldocuments,drawings,instrumentdisplaypanelshallbedimensionedinS.I.units.2.4所有计算和计算结果的表示都应该采用国际(SI)单位制。所有文件、图纸及仪表显示盘均采用国际(SI)单位制。2.5TheBuyerreservestherightstochangeunits’quantity,capacityandtechnicalspecifications.Anychangesshallbeinformedtoallbiddersinwritingbeforeendofbidding.2.5买方保留改变设备的数量、排量和技术要求的权利,所有变更在招标结束前以书面形式通知所有投标者。2.6ThespecificationisbothinChineseandEnglish,incaseofconflict,theChineseversiongoverns.2.6本技术规格书有中英文两种语言,如果发生冲突,以中文版本为准。2.7Thevendorshallgivesupporttounits’maintenanceandoverhaul.2.7供货商应对机组的维修及大修给予支持。2.8AllmanufacturingplantsoftheVendorandthemajorSub-vendorsneedtobeISO9001certified.2.8所有主要设备的供货商及主要分包商的工厂均需获得ISO9001认证。2.9Thevendorshallberesponseforqualityofthewholeunits.2.9供货商应对机组的整体质量负责。PARTBVendorandproductExperience第二部分供货商和产品业绩1Thebiddersshallsubmitbriefintroduction,inChinese,ofthespecificsub-companyordivisionorplantdirectlyresponsiblefortheprojectandtheequipmentdesign,manufacture,delivery,servicesandsupport.1投标者需使用中文呈报为本项目提供设计、制造、供货、提供售后服务和技术支持的具体部门和工厂的简介。2Thebiddersshallsubmitbriefintroduction,inChinese,aboutthetechnologyandtheproductofrecommendedcompressorandengine.2投标者需使用中文呈报所推荐的压缩机、电动机的技术和产品发展历史的简介。3Thebiddersshallsubmit,inChinese,itsexperiencelistofproposedcompressorunitswithgeneraldatainSIunit.3投标者需使用中文呈报所推荐的压缩机组在类似工程上的实际应用清单,同时用SI单位制提供主要参数。4Theproposedcompressor/electricmotorenginecombinationshallbeprovendesignandisfieldproven,thevendorisrequiredinstallationlistingofproposedmodel(compressorandengine)thathavebeenprovidedinoilfieldorsimilarlocations.Vendorsshouldalsoprovidetheirtotalinstallationlisting.Thelistingshallincludemodelnumber,operatingparameters,start-update,totalrunninghours,installationaddress,andcontactnameoftheinstallationsforBuyer’sverification.4所提供的压缩机/电动机组合必须具备成熟可靠的设计使用经验。供货商应提供该报价类型的压缩机及电动机在油气田或类似场所的使用业绩、橇装业绩,包括操作参数、投用日期、累计运行周期,和安装现场地址、电话号码等供买方审查。5Thebiddersshallsubmit,inChinese,thehistoricandstatisticdataofoperationhours,andMTBF(MeanTimeBetweenFailure)oftherecommendedgasengine,provingitsreliabilityandlife.5投标者应使用中文呈报所推荐的电动机的运行时间,故障周期的实际历史统计资料,以证实其可靠性和寿命的具体经验。6Thebiddershallsubmitthereferenceofsingleunitsoperatingforatleast25,000hours,toprovethemainpartsoverhaulperiodofunits,andtoprovetheoverhaulperiodofunits.6投标者应提供单套机组至少25,000小时运行业绩以证明机组主要部件的大修周期和机组的大修周期。7Vendorqualificationsshallincludeassessmentofqualitysystems,fabrication,designandtestingcapabilities.7供货商资质应包括质量保证体系,设计、制造和检测能力。中国石油天然气管道工程有限公司技术规格书文件号:05100-SP-01PR-01第10页共97页PARTCSpecificationsforCompressorUnits第三部分压缩机组技术规格书1General1总则1.1 EquipmentName:Electricmotorenginedrivenreciprocatingcompressorunits.1.1设备名称:电动机/往复式压缩机组。1.2 Sitelocation:Thegasinjection-extractionstationatJinhuChenqiaoLiuzhuang,JiangsuProvince,China.1.2安装地点:中国江苏省金湖县陈桥镇刘庄地下储气库集注站内。1.3 Thisspecificationcoverstheminimumrequirementsfordesign,fabrication,test,inspectioncheckandacceptsofelectricmotorengine/reciprocatingcompressorunitsatW-EGasTransmissionLiuzhuangUndergroundGasStorageProject.1.3本技术要求提出了《西气东输地下储气库建设工程刘庄地下储气库》中的电动机/往复式压缩机组在设计、制造、检验、测试、验收、现场服务等方面的最低要求。2ScopeofSupply2供货范围2.1 Thevendorshallsupply2completeelectricmotorengine/reciprocatingcompressorunitsfortheproject.Thecompressorisdrivenbyelectricmotorengine.Eachcompressorskidincludes,butnotbelimittedto,packagedengine/reciprocatingcompressor,packagedautomaticcontrolinstrumentationsystem,lubeoilsystem,processgassystem,coolingsystem,controlsystem,gearbox(ifequired),skid,paint,sparepartsanddocuments.2.1供货商应为本项目提供完整成套的往复式压缩机组2套,压缩机由电动机驱动。每个压缩机橇包含但不限于:成套的电动机/往复式压缩机组和配套自动控制仪表系统、润滑油系统、工艺气系统、冷却系统、控制系统、变速箱(如果需要)、底橇、涂漆、备品备件和资料。2.2Compressor,gasengineandaccessoriesshallbemountedonasingleskidandtobetransportedasasingleunit,aircoolershallbeshippedindividually.2.2压缩机、电动机及橇上附件应整体运输,冷却器橇单独运输。2.3 Thevendorshallsupplytemporaryconetypesuctionstrainerandpipelineatcompressorinlet,compressorsuctionblockvalve(pneumatic),dischargeblockvalve(pneumatic),dischargeblowdownvalve,reliefvalve,dischargecheckvalve,eachstagesuction/dischargepulsationdrums,inletscrubbers,cooler,wasteoiltank,lubricationsystem,start/unloadsystem,controlpanelandit’swiringtothemainskid,pipingonskid,instrumentsandheattracingonskid,tools,sparepartsandothercomponentsnotmentionedbythebuyerbutnecessarytosatisfythefunctionalrequirementsoftheequipment.ThevendorshallsupplytheunitsaccordingtotheP&IDacceptedbythebuyerandthecontractandsupplyprimarilychargedmaterialsduringtestrun.Thevendorshallsupplycompanionflanges,gaskets,nutsandboltsforallflangedconnectiontotheextendoutsideofthebuyer’ssystem.Thevendorshallsupplythenecessarysteeloperatingplatform.Whentheplatformisinstalledinsite,itshallbeintegratedandgoodlookingwithoutblockingtheoperationofvalves.Alsofoundationanchorboltshallbeprovidedbyvendor,andconsignedthreemonthsaheadofschedule.2.3供货商应该提供压缩机进口临时过滤器及管段,进出口切断阀(气动)、进出口放空阀、安全阀、出口单向阀、脉动缓冲罐、进口缓冲罐、冷却器、污油罐、润滑油系统、机组启动卸载系统、控制盘及其与主橇接线、配电箱及其与主橇接线、橇上配管、仪表及伴热保温、工具、备件及以上买方未提及的为达到功能要求必不可少的部件,供货商应按经买方最终确认后的P&ID及合同供货,并提供试运行期间一次性充装的物品。所有与橇块连接的工艺管道和仪表电气配管均接至压缩机正后方的橇边,提供用户接口处的配对法兰、螺栓、螺母和垫片。提供必要的橇上供操作和维护的操作钢平台。现场安装后,钢平台要保持完整、美观并不得占用橇体阀门安装、操作空间。提供底橇地脚螺栓,并提前三个月发货。2.4Pulsationandmechanicalstudy–inaccordancewithAPI-618approach3.2.4脉动和机械振动研究,按API-618方法的第3种方式。2.5Unitsshopinspectionandtestingwithinspectionandtestreports.2.5机组车间检验和试验、并提供检验和试验报告。2.6 Sparepartsforunitsinstallation,startupandfor2yearsnormaloperation.2.6机组安装、开工和两年运行所需备品备件。2.7 Specialtoolsforunitsinstallationandmaintenance.2.7保证机组安装检修用的专用工具。2.8 Blowdownsystembackpressure:0.1MPa(G)4.2.4放空管背压:0.1MPa(G)4.3Siteofcompressorinstallation4.3压缩机组安装地点IndoorWithoutheating压缩机封闭罩棚无采暖4.4Hazardousareaclassification4.4爆炸性气体环境划分IECstandards,Zone2,GroupIIB,combustiontemperature135~200℃(T4)(EXdⅡBT4)按IEC标准,2区,ⅡB组,引燃温度135~200℃(T4)(EXdⅡBT4)NECstandards,Class1GroupDDivisionⅡ按NEC标准,1类,Ⅱ区,D组5ReciprocatingCompressors5往复式压缩机5.1General5.1总则5.1.1ThereciprocatingcompressorshallbedesignedinaccordancewithAPI618.ItshallbesuppliedbytheVendoranddrivenbyabove-mentionedelectricmotorengine.Itshallbedesignedfromthepointofstability,firmnessandreliability.5.1.1往复式压缩机应按照API618进行设计,往复式压缩机由承包商提供,压缩机应由电动机驱动,往复式压缩机的设计应从稳定性、牢固和可靠的角度出发。5.1.2Eachreciprocatingcompressorshouldincludegascylinder,gearbox(ifrequired),coupling,pulsationandvibrationcontrolsystem,lubeoilsystem,coolingsystem,aircoolerandaccessorydevices.5.1.2每套往复式压缩机系统包括:气缸、变速箱(如果需要)、联轴节、脉动和振动控制装置、润滑油系统、冷却系统、空冷器及配套设施等。5.1.3Compressorshouldbehorizontal,withbalancedopposedcylinders,theframeshallbewaterproofanddustproof.5.1.3压缩机组应该为对称平衡式多缸气体压缩机,并选用对称平衡,防潮、防尘机身。5.1.4Thecompressorshallbeeasyforinspection,assemblyandreplacementofitscomponents.5.1.4压缩机的设计应能方便于部件的检查、组装以及更换。5.1.5Anexplosionreliefdoorisequippedoncompressorframe.5.1.5机身装备防爆门。5.1.6Compressormainbearingshallbepressurelubricated.EachbearingshallbeequippedwithRTD(Pt.100ohm@0oC)5.1.6主轴承应采用压力润滑,每个轴承都嵌入RTD铂热电阻(0℃时100欧姆)。5.1.7EachcylinderpackagingshallbeequippedwithRTD(Pt.100ohm@0oC)5.1.7填料函采用RTD铂热电阻(0℃时100欧姆)。5.1.8Metrixvibrationprobes5.1.8Metrix振动探头5.1.9Compressorunitsshallbeoperatebetween75-100%oftheunitsdesignspeed,thespeedofelectricmotorisfixed.5.1.9压缩机组应该在设计转速的75%到100%范围内安全运行,电机转速为固定值。5.1.10Thecalculatedrodloadunderallworkingcasesshallnotbegreaterthan85%ofthemaximumallowablerodloadofthecompressor(basedonexperienceandsafeoperation).RodloaddefinitionandoverloadingshallbeinaccordancewithAPI-618.5.1.10计算各工况下活塞杆负荷,在任何操作工况下,最大活塞杆负荷小于最大允许活塞杆负荷的85%。(基于经验、安全操作)活塞杆负荷定义和超负荷能力执行API-618。5.1.11Forallspecifiedoperatingloadconditions,theaxialcomponentofthecombinedrodloadingshallreverseenoughtoassureadequatelubricationbetweenthecrossheadpinandbushingduringeachcompleteturnofthecrankshaft.5.1.11计算各工况反向角,要求反向角足够大,保证十字头销及其衬套之间充分润滑。5.1.12Thevendorshallsupplyastart-upbypass(manual/automatic)startingatthefinaldischargeandterminatingatthesuctionscrubber.5.1.12供货商应该提供一个带手动阀的自动启动旁通,启动旁通起自末级出口,终至入口缓冲罐。5.1.13ThevendorshallpayattentiontothecontentofCO2andwaterinprocessgasinthedesignofthecompressorunits.Thechoiceofmaterialshallmeettheprocessrequirements.ThevendorshallfollowAPI-11PforCO2contentsintheprocessgas.Ifthereareoptionstomeetthetechnicalrequirement,theyshallbeofferedforbuyer’schoice.5.1.13供货商应注意天然气中的CO2酸性气体和水含量,确保所使用的材料能适应工艺要求。对工艺气中CO2,设计和装备按API-11P。如果技术上存在防腐的各种选择项,列出清单供用户选择。5.1.14Exceptfortemperatureandpressuremeatuses,alltheprocessgasmeatuses(includelevelgaugesonthepulsationvessels)areflangesconnection.5.1.14除测温和测压接口外,所有工艺气接口(包括缓冲罐上的液位仪表接口)均为法兰连接。5.1.15Groundingtie-inshallbeprovidedforcompressorunits.5.1.15压缩机橇块上应提供接地线接头。5.1.16ThevendorshallprovideSafetyQualityLicensingCertificateformanufacturingofpressurevesselsauthorizedbyBoiler&PressureVesselSafetyAdministrationofthePeople’sRepublicofChina.5.1.16供货商提供的压力容器必须拥有中国国家压力容器安全质量许可证。5.1.17Compressorunitsoutlettemperaturefromtheaftercoolershouldbelow70℃.5.1.17压缩机末级的后冷却器工艺气体出口温度应小于70℃。5.1.18Expectednoiselevelshallbelessthan85dBAmeasuredat1meterfromthemachineinfreefield.5.1.18压缩机组及连接管线任何一米位置处的噪音不应超过85dBA。5.2Gascylinder5.2压缩机气缸5.2.1Horizontaldoubleactingcylinders.5.2.1卧式双作用气缸。5.2.2Distancepiece5.2.2隔距块API-11PTypeIIorAPI-618TypeIVdistancepieceshallbeused.CylinderpressureratingshallbeinaccordancewithAPI-618.采用API11PII型或API618IV型隔距块。气缸压力等级的选型执行API-618。5.2.3Themaximumdischargetemperatureshallnotexceed149℃(API-11P).Eachcylindershallhaveitstemperaturemeasureforthispurpose.5.2.3气缸的最高允许排气温度不得超过149℃(API-11P)。每个气缸应有专门的用于此用途的温度测量点。5.2.4Pistonsshallbemanufacturedwithnon-aluminummaterial.Pistonringsshallbenon-metal.5.2.4采用非铝材质活塞和非金属活塞环。5.2.5Packingcasesshallbeprovidedwithacommonventanddrainbelowthepistonrodtubetotheoutsideofthedistancepiece.Theseparatordeviceandawasteoiltankshallbeprovided5.2.5供货商应将隔距块上放空、排污、清扫等配管联在一起接至橇边,并应设有气液分离设施,并为分离设施提供一个废油罐。5.2.6Thecylindersshallbeequippedwithclearanceadjustmentdevicesaccordingcompressorvolumeadjustmentrange.5.2.6根据流量调节范围为气缸配备可调余隙腔。5.2.7Thecylindersshallbeequippedwithpneumaticunloadingdevicesaccordingcompressorvolumeadjustmentrange.5.2.7根据流量调节范围为气缸配备气动卸荷装置。5.3Customerwillnotacceptthenewmodelcylinderthathasn’tbeenusedattheexistentcompressor.5.3供货商提供的压缩机应选用定型的且在已有站场经使用验证过的气缸。5.4PulsationandVibrationControl5.4脉动抑制装置5.4.1PerformedaccordingtoAPI618part3.9designapproach3.Pulsationandvibrationstudyreportisneeded.Thestudycoversstationpipingforcompressorparalleloperation.5.4.1按照APIstd618介绍的第三种方法进行脉动控制系统的研究和设计,分析应考虑多台压缩机组并联操作及机组橇外工艺配管。5.4.2PossibleextracostresultedfrompulsationstudyshallbebornebyVendor.5.4.2脉动分析后可能引起的费用增加由供货商承担。5.5LubeOilSystem5.5润滑系统5.5.1Thevendorshallfurnishacompletepressurizelubricationsystemwithlubricationprotectionandshutdownsystem,including:a)Lubeoilrecruittankwithkeeper,canfeedoilautomatically;b)Mainpumpoflubeoil;c)Compressorpre-lubricateoilpumpshallbeprovideforeachunits,thepumpisdrivenbyelectricmotor(380V/3Ph/50HzAC).5.5.1供货商应该提供一套完整强制润滑系统和润滑油故障报警及停车系统。其中包括:a)润滑油补充罐及其支撑结构,可实现自动补油;b)主润滑油泵;c)应为每套机组配备压缩机预润滑系统,预润滑油泵由电动机驱动(采用380V/三相/50Hz交流电供电)。5.5.2Thecylinderpressurizedlubricationsystemisablockdistributionlubricationsystemsincludealubemeter,faultindicators.Theframeoilsystemshallbefurnishedwithanoil-filteranddifferentialpressureindicationacrosstheoilfilter.5.5.2润滑系统采用一个分配器机械润滑系统,并安装有机油表和故障指示器,润滑油过滤器,油压力调节阀溢流阀等阀门并配差压计。5.5.3Thevensdorshallprovidealubricatorheaterwithtemperaturecontrolforthecyclinderlubbricatingoil.Anoilmake-uptankwithlevelgaugeshallbefurnished.5.5.3气缸润滑油应配备可控温的电加热器,润滑油储罐应装有液位计。5.5.4Eachunithasitsowncylinderoilmake-uptank.Thetanksizeshallbeadequatefor10dayscontinuousoperation.TheBuyerwillinstallastationmainoiltankthatfeedsoiltotheskidmountedoilmake-uptankoneachcompressorunits.Duringoilfeedingtoskidmountedoiltank,pressuredairwillbeusedtopumpoiltotheskidmake-uptank.Themainoiltankwillfeedoilfortheskidmountedoilmake-uptankof3compressorsunites.TheVendorisrequiredtofurnishtheskidmountedtankwiththevalvedconnection.TheVendorisalsorequiredtofurnishthedesignoftheoilmake-uptankanditsaccessories.5.5.4每台机组应单独设置气缸润滑油补油罐,可维持机组10天连续工作。为每台机组润滑油补油罐补油的润滑油储罐由用户提供,压力供油,仪表风充压,将来3台压缩机共用。供货商为每台压缩机润滑油补油罐提供带阀门的接口,并提供润滑油储罐的技术要求。5.5.5Thecompressor’scrankcaseoilelectricheatershallbeprovidedwithautotemperaturecontrol.5.5.5供货商应为压缩机机身油提供带温控器的自动电加热器。5.5.6ThematerialofalllubeoilpipelineandfittingsshallbeASTMA312,316Lstainlesssteel.5.5.6所有润滑油管线管件材质均为ASTMA312,316L不锈钢。5.5.7Fullflowlubeoilfiltrationshallbeprovidedwithlessthan10mfilters.5.5.7全流式润滑油过滤应选用小于或等于10m的过滤器。5.5.8Lubricatoroillevelcontrol5.5.8注油器油位控制器5.6Coolingsystem5.6冷却系统5.6.1TheVendorshalldecidewhetherwatercooledcylindersareneeded.Ifneeded,acompletecompressorcylinderjacketcoolingsystemshallbeprovided.5.6.1供货商根据自己的经验决定是否配备压缩机气缸夹套冷却系统。如需要配备,则供货商应提供一套完整的气缸夹套冷却系统。5.6.2Waterflowindicatorsarerequiredforeachcylinderwhenwatercooledcylinderisused.5.6.2若提供气缸夹套冷却系统,供货商应该为气缸夹套冷却系统提供可视流量和温度指示器。
6ElectricMotorEngine6电动机6.1Electricmotorengine6.1电动机6.1.1Summary6.1.1概述Theelectricalmotormanufacturingshallfollowthegeneralcode:IEC60034rotatingmotor.电机制造应遵循通用规范:IEC60034旋转电机。Forallinsulatingmaterials,theinsulationclassisF.Formoredetails,pleaseseetheIEC60034-18.Forallpartsofmotorwinding,thesuppliershallprovidetheratedpowerofmotoraspertheClass-Btemperaturerise.所有的绝缘材料应不低于F级,在各种运行工况下的温升不应超过B级温升的规定。详细说明见IEC60034-18。对于电机绕组的所有部分,供货商应按B级温升提出电机的额定功率。Itshallespeciallypayattentiontotherunningtemperatureofmotorwhichcannotexceedtheallowedmaximumtemperatureofinsulatingmaterialwhenitisinstalledatthelocationwithexplosiveandfirehazard.应特别考虑安装在有火灾和爆炸性危险场所时,电动机运行温度不能超过其绝缘材料所容许的最高温度。Therequirementsforratedpowerandrotatingspeedaswellaspowerfactorofmotorarespecifiedinthedatasheet.对电机额定功率、转速、功率因数的要求在数据表中规定。6.1.2Measurementofbearingtemperature6.1.2轴承温度的测量RTDsisusedtomeasurethetemperatureriseofbearingitisnomorethan55Kattheendofheatrun.采用RTDs测量轴承温升,在热试车末期不超过55K。Fortheslidingbearingbymeansofforcedlubrication,thetemperatureriseoflubricatingoilisnotmorethan28Kundertheconditionofminimumallowablelubricatingoilflowattheendofheatrun.Inanycases,thetemperatureoflubricatingoilcannotbemorethan82°C(API617,rev.6,1995).Forthebearingbymeansofoil-ringlubrication,thetemperatureoflubricatingoilboxcannotbemorethan82°C(API610,rev.8,1995).对于强迫润滑方式的滑动轴承,在热试车末期最小允许润滑油流量条件下,润滑油温升不超过28K。无论如何,润滑油温度不能超过82°C(API617,第6版,1995)。对于油环润滑的轴承,润滑油箱的温度不能超过82°C(API610,第8版,1995)。6.1.3Transientair-gaptorque6.1.3瞬态气隙转矩Forallmotors,theendsupportforwindingshouldbearthe3-phaseshort-circuitscurrentandthesystemshallbereconnectedwhenthephaseiscompletelyopposite.Theshaftandvalidcoresystemshallbearthe2-phaseshortcircuit.所有电动机的绕组端部支撑应能承受三相短路电流和在完全反相时的系统重接。它们的轴和有效铁芯系统应能承受两相短路。Thesuppliershallensurethattheshaftandvalidcoresystemissuitableforreconnectionwhenthesystemislocatedatphasedifferenceof120°afterobtainingtheimpedancevalueofpowersupplysystem.供货商在得到供电系统阻抗值的情况下,应确保轴和有效铁芯系统适合于系统在120°相位差时重新接入。6.1.4Noisesuppression6.1.4噪声抑制Forthenoisesuppression,theISO1680-2requirementandfollowingconditionsshallbemet.噪声抑制应满足ISO1680-2要求及下列条件。Forthenoisewithtonerangecompositiongeneratedbythemotor,themaximumsoundpressureshallbe85dB(A)orlessthantheabovespecifiedvalueorvaluespecifiedinthebiddingdocument.电机产生的音频频段成分的噪声,最大声压应为85dB(A),小于上面规定的值或在招标文件中规定的值。·Noiseabatement·噪音限制ThetestiscarriedoutasperISO1680-2standard.Thesoundpressurelevelofmotorinfullloadintheworkingzoneshallnotexceed85dB(A).按ISO1680-2标准进行测试,在工作区内电动机满负载时的声压水平不应超过85dB(A)。·Noiseelimination·噪音消除First,thedesignofmotorshallmeettherequirementofmaximumnoiseabatementratherthanthecompensationmeasure.Ifnot,thesuppliershallsubmitthecompensationmeasuretotheownerforapproval.首先应从电动机本体设计上满足最大噪音限制的要求,而不是补偿措施。如果无法实现,供货商应提交补偿的措施,并报业主批准。Iftheinternalacousticalmaterialmustbeused,thefixinggasketshallbewithmesh.若必须使用内部吸音材料,固定衬垫应带网孔。Thenoisedeadeningmeasureshallnothindertheroutineinspectionandmaintenancesuchaslubricatingoilofbearingandoillevelandsoon.Themaximumtemperatureriseofmotorwindingandbearingshallnotexceedthevaluespecifiedinthistechnicalspecification.消音措施不应妨碍轴承润滑油、油位等常规检查和维护工作。电动机绕组和轴承的最大允许温升不应超过本技术规格书中的规定。6.1.5Nameplate6.1.5铭牌Thestainlesssteelnameplateshallbeusedandfixedonthenon-removablepositiononthestructure.应采用不锈钢铭牌,固定在结构不可拆卸的部位。Theparameteronthenameplateshallbebasedonthemeasuredvalueundertheoperatingconditionrequiredbytheownerasfaraspossible.铭牌上的参数应尽可能基于业主要求的操作条件下的实测值。Thefollowingcontentsareadded:增加以下内容:-Ordernumberofowner;
