职位描述：

工作内容和职责rolesandresponsibilities:

一、qmsjob

1）createandmaintainchinaqualitymanagementsystem，coordinateandsupporttheimplementationofaneffectivequalitymanagementsystem.

2）bededicatedtoprovidingaccurateresearchandobjectiveassessmentsoftheorganizationandguidingoptimalsolutionsthroughcontinualimprovementactivitieswithinautolivchina.

3）maintain&updatechinaqualitymanualaccordingtorealsituation.coordinatebetweenplantandach&ctctodoimprovementifneed.

4）interface&harmonizationofmanufacturing&othersupportfunction/businessprocesses/procedures.

5）organizechinaqmsteamtocreateyearlyqmsinternalauditplanandperformach&ctcinternalaudit，includinglopsfollowup&verificationofcorrective&improvementactions.

6）participateincrossauditactivitytograspmoresysteminformationand/orsupportrelatedinternalaudit，sothatguideoptimalsolutioninchinalevel.

7）regularlyorganizechinaqmsmeeting/workshoptodiscussrelatedtopics，requiredtasksfollowup，newstandardsdiscussionetc.

8）contactwithglobalrelatedadministratortoimprove，likerimchampion.

9）monthlyqualityreporting&review.

10）learnandapplyitbasictooltocreatesimplyworkflowormakethejobefficiency.

二、cqassistantjob

1）cqsexpenseclaimpaperhandling，likecollection，reviewandsubmission;

2）mroprocesscoordinatortoassistcqmtoimplementmroe-workflow，includingmroprocesslearning，pr/poinitiation，paymentinitiationetc.

3）takecqittooladministratorroleandmaintainrelatedinformation.alsocoordinatewithittodevelopnewapplication.

4）assistcqmtomaintainrelateddatabaseandmakerelatedreportasrequired.

5）sharepointittoollearnandapplication，assistanttodomaintenanceandupdate.

岗位需求jobrequirements:

1)universitylevelengineeringdegreeinmechanicalengineeringorautomotiveengineeringorsimilarcompetenceotherwiseacquired.

1)机械工程或汽车工程大学工程学位或类似的能力了。

2)atleastthreeyearsrelevantworkingexperiencewithtwoyearsqualitysystemexperiencesinautomotiveindustry

2)至少3年相关工作经验两年汽车行业质量体系经验；

3)soundtechnical&automotiveapplicationknowledge.

3)良好的技术和汽车应用知识；

4)familiarwithiatf16949:2016&ppap，apqp，msa，spc，fmeamanuals;

4)熟悉iatf16949：2016，以及ppap，apqp，msa，spc，fmea手册；

5)processauditandproductauditskill;

5)过程审核和产品审核技能；

6)in-depthunderstandingofthequalitymanagementtools，suchasdoe，8dmethodetc.

2、负责项目需求的了解、收集、汇总、分析，完成需求的解决方案，并跟踪需求的最终实现、反馈及交付;3、承担解决方案、培训文档、测试文档的编写工作;

4、提供现场实施辅导支持，及时发现问题、反馈问题，对系统和业务进行优化;

5、承担海外项目实施工作;
