公告、备忘录、通知、寻物启事等类型，但是其中最常考的就是书信。因此大家要着重掌握书信的具体写

法。

1.书信写法总概述

书信写作中我们要明确三个段落的一些固定写法，首先首段写作的第一步是问候收信人，参考固定的格式

要求，如DearSir/Madam;其次就是解释写信的原因，用一句话简单概括就可以。对于第二段的写作来说，

审题很重要。我们要通过阅读题目要求，找到可以用到的名词或动词，在草稿纸上一一列举出来。同时在

写作时要注意题目的文字暗示，把名词具体化，把动词近义化。此外，在正文中一定要把英文要求全面覆

盖，按照出题者的指示去做，不要漏掉一些内容要点却写了一些无关紧要的东西。第三部就是结尾的写作，

这个部分非常简单，用三句话就可以概括，即再一次表达自己的立场，提出做法，最后期望回信。

2.书信写作分类讲

有了大纲式的写作框架之后，大家就要着手积累各种类型书信的固定语句，只要把它们背诵下来，就可以

直接运用。每一种书信类型都有固定的开头和结尾的常用句式和套话。

题型分析

书信是一种最常见的应用文。它包括祝贺信、介绍信、邀请信、申请信、询问信、致谢信、辞职信、约会

信、道歉信、推荐信、投诉信等十多类。英文书信包括信头、正文和信尾。

书信格式是：（1）信头。①写信人地址、日期;②收信人姓名、地址;③称谓。（2）正文。（3）信尾。①结

尾谦称;②署名。
