everythingfromaculturaltourtothemoreadventurousscramblingtoursonoffer.Thecavesupportsmorethan130

mostcommontypeofdementia,Alzheimer'sdisease,whentheybuildupinthebrain.

TheresearchersfoundthatpeoplewhoexhibitedhigherRNTpatternsexperiencedmorecognitivedeclineovera

four-yearperiod,anddeclinesinmemory(whichisamongtheearliersignsofAlzheimer'sdisease),andtheyweremore

likelytohaveamyloidandtaudepositsintheirbrain.
