引导宾语从句的从属连词连词用法及说明举例that无实际含义,口语中常省略Hesaidthathehadboughtanewhouse.whether意为“是否”,引导词后出现or,ornot或“引导词+动词不定式”结构时,只能用whether.Ihaven’tdecidedwhetherIwillgothereornot.if意为“是否”,常可与whether互换使用。Ihaven’tdecidedif/whetherIwillgothere.Iwonderif/whetherhecouldgetonwellwithhisclassmates.直接引语和间接引语当直接引语是陈述句时,say变为saythat,而saytosb.则变成tellsb.当直接引语是一般疑问句和特殊疑问句时,则要变为ask(sb.)+if/whether或askedsb.+what等特殊疑问词引导的句子间接引语一般要用陈述句语序MrBlacksays,“I’mbusy.”—MrBlacksaysthatheisbusy.“I’llgotoyourfarmtomorrow.”hesaystoher.Hetellsherthathewillgotoherfarmtomorrow.HeasksLucy,“Wheredidyougo?”—HeasksLucywhereshewent.Hesays,“Areyouready?”—Heasksusif/whetherweareready.Theysay,“Wewillgotherebybus.”—Theysaythattheywillgotherebybus.补充:直接引语与间接引语之间的时态关系规则举例一般现在时一般过去时“Iamverygladtovisityourschool.”Shesaid.Shesaidshewasverygladtovisitourschool.现在进行时过去进行时Tomsaid,“Wearelisteningtothepopmusic.”Tomsaidthattheywerelisteningtothepopmusic.现在完成时过去完成时Motherasked,“Haveyoufinishedyourhomework?”MotheraskedmewhetherIhadfinishedmyhomework.一般将来时过去将来时Heaskedtheconductor,“WhereshallIgetofftochangetoaNo.3bus?”HeaskedtheconductorwherehewouldgetofftochangetoaNo.3bus.一般过去时过去完成时“Whydidsherefusetogothere?”theteacherasked.Theteacheraskedwhyshehadrefusedtogothere.过去完成时不变Motheraskedme,“Hadyoufinishedyourhomework?”MotheraskedmewhetherIhadfinishedmyhomework.过去进行时不变Tomsaid,“Wewerehavingafootballmatchthistimeyesterday.”Tomsaidthattheywerehavingafootballmatchthattimethedaybefore.客观事实时态不变Theytoldtheirson,“Theearthgoesroundthesun.”Theytoldtheirsonthattheearthgoesroundthesun.2.
