twoairplaneslandingatKennedyInternationalAirportcamewithin100feetofadroneflyingata

heightofroughly800feet.Whensuchdronesviolate(侵犯)airspace,thegovernmentcurrently

hasnowaytolocatetheiroperators.

TheTransportationSecurityAdministration(TSA)andtheFAAareworkingoutthedetails,

butrightnow,thenewregistrywouldn'trequiredronestocarrytrackers.Anditwouldn'tinstitute
