Eudaimonia,bycontrast,encouragesustopursuemeaningandauthenticity,growthandhonestjoy.Bothare

EudaimoniawasfirstmentionedbyAristotle,whogotthetermfromtheGreekword"daimon,“whichmeans

that50to70percentoftheindividualswereoflocalancestry,while30to50percentwereofcontinentalEuropean

ancestry,whichprobablyindicatesachangeintherateofmigrationandlocaladoptionofcultureovertime.nThese

findingstellusthatbeingAnglo-Saxonwasmorelikelyamatteroflanguageandculture,notgenetics,°Professor
