形容词与副词

一、

形容词的用法形容词是用来修饰或描述名词（或代词），表示人或事物的性质、状态

和特征的词。如：表示外貌的形容词Tall,short,fat,thin,pretty,cute表示颜色的形容词black,red,blue,green,grey,pink,purple,white表示感觉的形容词tired,sweet,delicious,sad,angry,afraid,happy,worried表示品质的形容词kind,strict,friendly,funny,polite,shy,clever,hard­-working天气Warm,sunny,windy,cloudy,rainy,snowy（1）

放在被修饰词前面（名词之前）。如：Heisasmartboy.他是个聪明的男孩子。（2）

放在系动词后面。如：Heissmart.他很聪明。（3）

某些形容词加上定冠词可以表示一类人或整体的事物，谓语动词用复数形式。如：Therichhavealotofmoney.富人有很多钱。二、

形容词的比较级大多数形容词有三个等级：原级、比较级和最高级。1.形容词比较级的变化规则形容词比较级需要在原级的基础上发生一定的变化，大部分形容词是有

形容词最高级用于三个或三个以上的人或事物的比较，结构为

“the＋形容词最高级＋比较范围”，意为“……最……”。在使用形容词最

高级时，不要忘记最高级前面加the。如：Whoisthetallestinyourclass,Jack,TomorKate?你们班里谁最高，杰

副词的用法副词是用来修饰动词、形容词和其他副词，表示时间、地点、程度和状

态等的词。如：时间副词now,today,tomorrow,yesterday频率副词sometimes,often,usually,always程度副词much,very,so,too地点副词here,there,up方式副词hard,carefully,happily,slowly疑问副词when,where,why,how（1）修饰动词时，要放在动词的后面。如：Weshouldstudyhard.我们应该努力学习。（2）修饰形容词时，要放在形容词的前面。如：Youranswerisquiteright.你的回答非常正确。（3）表示地点、时间、方式的副词通常放在句尾。如：Pleasewritecarefully！请认真书写！（4）疑问副词通常放在句首。如：Howareyougoingthere？
