students'heavyburdenarethefollowingthree:firstly,itisbecauseof

educationalsystem.Suchsystemforcesstudentstolearntoomuchcomplex

butuselessinformation.Secondly,schoolsonlyquestforhigherrateof

enteringschools.Inordertogethigherrate,schoolstrytheirbesttodomore

trainingsothatstudentscan'thavetheirsparetime.Thirdly,parentshavegood

wishes.Parentsdonotwanttheirchildrentofailinthefuturecompetition.

Theyhavenootherwaybuttosendtheirchildrentoattendmoretraining.It

becomesurgenttoreducestudents'heavyburdennow.Inmyownopinion,it

isimportanttochangetheeducationalsystemintohighqualityeducation

system,toreducethecontentofthetraining,tochangethewayofevaluating

educationquality,tochangeparentsandsociety'sattitudetowardstalents.All

thesearethebasicwaysthathelpreducestudents'heavyburden.

4.ChangeofTelevisionandRadioAudiencesThisgraphindicatesthechange

inthepercentageofthepopulationover18yearsoldinCityAthatlistenedto

radioorviewedtelevisionshowsinadayduringtheperiodfromOctoberto

December2005.Accordingtothisgraphtelevisionaudiencesareatalowin

theearlymorninghoursbutrisegraduallytoabout10percentfrom8to10

a.m.Afteraslightdroparoundlunchtimeaudiencesbeginafairlysteady

climbtothepeakaudienceshipinthehoursfrom6to10p.m.atapproximately

40-45percent.Asharpdeclinefollowstotheover-nightlowofabout5

percentbetween2to4a.m.Differentfromtelevisionaudiencesradio

audiencesinthiscitypeakinthemorningwithabout30percentofthe

populationover18yearstuning-intoradiobroadcastsat8a.m.The

audienceshipdropsgraduallyfromthispeakandat2p.m.itbeginstofall

lowerthantelevisionaudienceshipitcontinuestodeclinethroughoutthe

eveninguntilreachingalowpointat2p.m.Thisgraphdemonstratesthe

dominanceoftelevisionamongtheelectronicmedia.Duringatypicaldaythe

percentageoftelevisionviewersishigherthanthatofradiolistenersexcept

inthemorning.Thisdeservesaspecialattentionfromthosewhoareinvolved
