Insomearguments,theauthor'spositionispresentedatthebeginningofhiswritingandthenhegoesontosupportitinvariousways.Ortheauthormaypresenthisargumentattheendofhiswritingastheresultoflogicalinference.Butneitheroftheseisthe

wayinwhichCousinsorganizeshisessay.ItissomewherenearthemiddleoftheessaythatwefindCousins'presentationofhisviewpoint.6/60
