地质勘探员劳动合同英文版合同编号：__________partiesthiscontract(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"contract")isenteredintoandbetweenthefollowingparties:partya:_____________________________(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"employer")partyb:_____________________________(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"employee")referredtoindividuallyasa"party"andcollectivelyasthe"parties".objectthepurposeofthiscontractistosetforththetermsandconditionsoftheemploymentrelationshipbetweentheemployerandtheemployee.articlesarticle1:employment1.1theemployeeshallbeemployedtheemployerasageologicalexplorer.article2:dutiesandresponsibilities2.1theemployeeshallperformthefollowingdutiesandresponsibilities:(a)conductgeologicalsurveysandinvestigationsinaccordancewiththeemployer'sinstructionsandrequirements;(b)collect,analyzeandinterpretgeologicaldataandinformation;(c)preparegeologicalreportsandmaps;(d)assistintheplanningandimplementationofgeologicalexplorationprojects;(f)maintainaccurateanduptodaterecordsofallgeologicalactivities.article3:remuneration3.1theemployeeshallreceiveamonthlysalaryof__________(__________)duringthetermofthiscontract,payableonthelastworkingdayofeachmonth.3.2theemployeemayalsobeeligibleforthefollowingbenefitsandallowances,asdeterminedtheemployer:(a)annualleave;(b)sickleave;(c)medicalinsurance;(d)housingallowance;(e)transportationallowance;(f)otherbenefitsandallowancesasmaybeapplicable.article4:workinghoursandleave4.1theemployeeshallworkastandardworkingweekof__________hours,including__________hoursofovertime,asrequiredtheemployer.4.2theemployeeshallbeendto__________daysofannualleaveperyear,proratedaccordingtothelengthoftheemploymentterm.4.3theemployeeshallbeendto__________daysofsickleaveperyear,asprovidedforapplicablelawsandregulations.article5:termination5.1eitherpartymayterminatethiscontractgivingwrittennoticetotheotherparty,asfollows:(a)theemployermayterminatethiscontractgivingatleast__________days'writtennotice;(b)theemployeemayterminatethiscontractgivingatleast__________days'writtennotice.5.2eitherpartymayterminatethiscontractimmediatelyintheeventofamaterialbreachofthiscontracttheotherparty.5.3theemployeemayalsoterminatethiscontractimmediatelyintheeventofaconstructivedismissal,asdefinedunderapplicablelawsandregulations.article6:confidentialityandnondisclosure6.1theemployeeshallmaintainstrictconfidentialitywithrespecttoallconfidentialinformationobtainedtheemployeeduringthecourseofemploymentunderthiscontract,unlesssuchinformationisrequiredtobedisclosedapplicablelawsandregulations.6.2theemployeeshallnotuseordiscloseanyconfidentialinformationforanypurposeotherthantheperformanceoftheemployee'sdutiesunderthiscontract.article7:indemnification7.1theemployeeshallindemnifytheemployeragainstanyandallclaims,demands,liabilities,losses,damagesandexpenses(includingreasonablelegalfees)arisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeemployee'sperformanceunderthiscontract.article8:disputes8.1anydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththiscontractshallberesolvednegotiationbetweentheparties.8.2ifthepartiesareunabletoresolvethedisputesthroughnegotiation,eitherpartymaysubmitthedisputestoarbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesofthe_____________________________(nameofarbitrationinstitution).8.3thedecisionofthearbitrator(s)shallbefinalandbindingupontheparties.article9:miscellaneous9.1thiscontractmaybeamendedormodifiedonlyawritteninstrumentexecutedbothparties.9.2thiscontractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartieswithrespectto一、附件列表：1.员工简历2.职业资格证书3.地质勘探项目计划书4.勘探设备清单5.工作区域地图6.安全培训材料7.保密协议8.保险单据9.劳动合同解除证明二、违约行为及认定：1.未能履行合同约定的工作职责2.未经许可擅自披露公司机密信息3.违反公司规章制度4.迟到、早退或缺勤5.不胜任工作，经过培训后仍无法满足工作要求6.严重违反职业道德或法律行为三、法律名词及解释：1.劳动合同：雇主与员工之间确立劳动关系的协议。2.违约行为：违反合同约定的一方行为。3.机密信息：对雇主具有商业价值且未公开的信息。4.试用期：双方在劳动合同中约定的考察期。5.赔偿责任：因一方违约而需向另一方支付的补偿。四、执行中遇到的问题及解决办法：1.员工工作积极性不高
