3、教师的宽容---一种教师美德

宽容的教师，往往是自信的教师，宽容的教师，往往是具有亲和力的教师，宽容表明这位教师宽宏大量，胸襟大度，表明他能屈能伸，不斤斤计较;表明他有涵养、有耐心、不急功近利。表明他理解、尊重和信任学生，是教师的一种优秀品质，也是一种教育手段和有效手段，当然教师的宽容与严格要求学生并不矛盾。宽容不是纵容，宽松不是放松。纵容是对学生错误和缺点无原则的放纵，任其发展，不加约束。但严格要求学生也并不等于不容许学生犯错误。当然，宽容学生不等于不批评学生，而是理解在先，批评在后，是在尊重学生基础上的批评。一切不分青红皂白的批评，都是对学生自信心的伤害，都是对学生的不尊重。所以我们老师要做宽容的老师。

作为新世纪的教师，我们任重而道远，只有把感动自己生命的体验融入到自己的日常教学中，这样才能不愧人类灵魂的工程师的殊荣。我深爱我的工作，我愿终身在这充满希望的土地上默默耕耘、无私奉献，成为学生的良师益友，无愧于“教师”这个神圣的名字。
