tingandservedattheaddresseslistedinthepreambleofthiscontract.13.2Anypartythatchangesitsnoticeaddressshallpromptlynotifytheotherpartyinwriting.Article14:ForceMajeure14.1Forcemajeurereferstounforeseeable,unavoidable,andinsurmountableobjectivecircumstances,includingbutnotlimitedtonaturaldisasters,wars,andgovernmentactions.14.2Ifapartyisunabletoperformorisdelayedinperformingitscontractualobligationsduetoforcemajeure,itshallpromptlynotifytheotherpartyandprovideproofwithinareasonableperiod,whichmayexemptormitigateitsliability.Article15:AdditionalTerms15.1Thepartiesmayenterintoasupplementaryagreementregardinganymattersnotcoveredinthiscontract.15.2Thesupplementaryagreementshallhavethesamelegaleffectasthiscontract.Article16:ApplicableLaw16.1Theestablishment,interpretation,performance,modification,termination,anddisputeresolutionofthiscontractshallallbegovernedbythelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.Article17:TerminationoftheContract17.1Thiscontractshallbeterminateduponcompletionofperformanceoruponmutualagreementofbothpartiesfortermination.17.2Theterminationofthecontractshallnotaffecttherightsandobligationsofbothpartiestosettleaccountsandclearupmatters.Article18:Annexes18.1Theannexestothiscontractincludebutarenotlimitedtothepurchaselist,technical
