5.3ThisContractmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyupontheoccurrenceofthefollowingcircumstances:

b.Forcemajeure

6.Confidentiality

TheEmployeeagreestokeepconfidentialallconfidentialinformationreceivedfromtheEmployerduringthetermofthisContractandforaperiodof[ConfidentialityPeriod]thereafter.

7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

7.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbythelawsof[Jurisdiction].

8.GeneralProvisions

4.4TheThirdPartyshallprovidethePrincipalwithacomprehensiveperformancereportoftheEmployee'swork.

5.Employee'sRightsandObligations

5.1TheEmployeeshallperformthelaborservicesdiligentlyandinaccordancewiththeagreedterms.

5.2TheEmployeeshallcomplywithallapplicablelaws,regulations,andthePrincipal'spoliciesandprocedures.

5.3TheEmployeeshallprovidethePrincipalwithaccurateandtimelyinformationregardingtheprogressofthetasks.

6.CompensationandBenefits

5.3TheEmployeeisobligatedtoperformthelaborservicesdiligentlyandinaccordancewiththeagreed-uponstandards.

5.4TheEmployeeisobligatedtocomplywithallapplicablelaws,regulations,andtheClient'spoliciesandprocedures.

6.CompensationandBenefits
