Qualificationrequirements（1）施工作业队所在的劳务企业符合建筑施工工程资质要求。Thelaborserviceenterprisewheretheconstructionteamislocatedmeetsthequalificationrequirementsforconstructionengineering.（2）劳务分包企业的施工作业队属于当地建设主管部门、行业管理协会和企业考核评价合格的队伍。Theconstructionteamoflaborsubcontractingenterprisesbelongstothelocalconstructioncompetentdepartment,industrymanagementassociations,andtheteamthathaspassedtheassessmentandevaluationoftheenterprise.（3）施工作业队已经完成对进场施工作业人员在建设主管部门备案。

Certificateverificationstandards专业与劳务分包企业出具的证书版本和格式必须符合国家统一证书核发标准，否则视为假证。Theversionandformatofthecertificateissuedbyprofessionalandlaborsubcontractingenterprisesmustcomplywiththenationalunifiedcertificateissuancestandards,otherwiseitwillbeconsideredafakecertificate.二、劳务人员身份、职业资格的核验

Certificateverificationstandards证书内文字必须按规定的要求书写，其书写部分不得有涂改、照片处必须加盖钢印，其钢印必须压照片，否则该证书不予承认。Thetextinsidethecertificatemustbewrittenaccordingtotheprescribedrequirements,andthewrittenpartmustnotbealtered.Thephotomustbestampedwithasteelseal,andthesteelsealmustbepressedontothephoto.Otherwise,thecertificatewillnotberecognized.二、劳务人员身份、职业资格的核验
