>话题综述

活动报道是媒体传递信息最常使用的新闻手段。为了让读者对整个事情有个清楚的了解，英语新闻报

道（或评论）必须包含五个要素，即：时间（when）,地点（where）,人物（who）,事件（what）以及原因

（why）。新闻报道是以客观事实为基础的朴实的文体，但是写作过程中仍然要根据不同的内容灵活运用各

种表达手法：或叙述，或描写，或议论或夹叙夹议。新闻报道的语言应该是具体真实的，尽量少用抽象的

概念。同时，时态上一般都是一般过去时和一般现在时的结合。

通知有两种，即口头通知和书面通知。口头通知要有称呼用语。如：在正式场合用的Ladiesandgentlemen,

对学生用的Boysandgirls等。书面通知的正文上面的正中有NOTICE或ANNOUNCEMENT标志。
