2025年度危险品货物运输合同英文规范文本ThisContract(hereinafterreferredtoas"theContract")ishereexecutedandenteredintoon[Date]betweenthefollowingparties:PartyA:Name:______________________Address:_____________________RegistrationNumber:_____________________PartyB:Name:______________________Address:_____________________RegistrationNumber:_____________________WHEREAS,PartyAisengagedinthetransportationofhazardousgoodsandhasthenecessaryqualificationsandcapabilitiesforthesame,andPartyBrequiresthetransportationservicesofhazardousgoods.NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandagreementshereinaftersetforth,thepartiesagreeasfollows:1.ScopeofWorkPartyAshalltransporthazardousgoodsfrom[PickupPoint]to[DeliveryPoint]asrequiredPartyB,inaccordancewiththespecificationsandrequirementsoftheContract.2.QuantityandQualityofGoods2.1Thequantityofhazardousgoodstobetransportedshallbe[Quantity]tonsor[Quantity]cubicmeters,asagreeduponbothparties.3.TransportationRouteandTime3.1Thetransportationrouteshallbe[Route],subjecttoanychangesagreeduponbothparties.3.2Thetransportationtimeshallbe[Time],subjecttoanydelaysduetounforeseencircumstances.4.TransportationFees4.1Thetransportationfeesshallbe[Amount]yuanpertonorpercubicmeter,asagreeduponbothparties.5.Insurance5.1PartyAshalltakeoutinsuranceforthetransportationofhazardousgoods,coveringallrisks,asrequiredtherelevantregulations.6.ResponsibilitiesandObligations6.2PartyBshallprovideallnecessaryinformationanddocumentsforthetransportationofhazardousgoods,andshallberesponsibleforthequalityandquantityofthegoods.7.TerminationoftheContract7.1EitherpartymayterminatetheContractupon[Reasonsfortermination],providedthattheterminatingpartygivestheotherparty[Noticeperiod]days'writtennotice.7.2IntheeventofanybreachoftheContracteitherparty,theotherpartyshallhavetherighttoterminatetheContractimmediately.8.DisputeResolutionIntheeventofanydisputesarisingfromtheexecutionofthisContract,thepartiesshallendeavortoresolvethedisputesthroughfriendlynegotiations.Ifthedisputescannotberesolvedthroughnegotiations,theyshallbesubmittedtothe[DisputeResolutionInstitution]forarbitration.9.GoverningLawThisContractshallbegovernedandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.10.Miscellaneous10.1ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallprioragreements,negotiations,andunderstandings,whetherwrittenororal.10.2AnyamendmentormodificationofthisContractshallbeeffectiveonlyifitisinwritingandsignedbothparties.INWITNESSWHEREOF,thepartiesheretohaveexecutedthisContractasofthedatefirstabovewritten.PartyA:_____________
