SCOPE范围ThisSpecificationcoversthemanufacture,inspectiontestinganddeliveryoflinepipe.PipesuppliedunderthisSpecificationshallmeettherequirementsoftheAPISpecificationforLinePipe,Spec5L,FortyThirdEdition,(October2004)exceptwherethisSpecificationprovidesmorestringentrequirements.InthisspecificationshouldimplytheapplicationoftherequirementsasstatedinthesamesectionsofAPI5L,specification.ThenumberingofparagraphsinthisSpecificationcorrespondstoAPI5Lsectionsandparagraphnumbers.AdditionalclausesarenumberedsequentiallyasifpartoftherelevantsectionsinAPI5L.此标准包含管线钢管的制造、检测和发运。此标准下供应的钢管除了规定的更加严格的要求外,应该满足API5L标准对于管线钢管5L,43版本的要求(2004年10月)。此标准应该采用API5L标准中同样章节中描述的要求。标准中编号的段落对应API5L的章节和段落号。附加的条款如果是API5L标准中相关的章节的部分应该连续编号。 CONFLICTOFINFORMATION信息冲突IntheeventofconflictofinformationthePURCHASERshallbecontactedforclarification.UnlessotherwiseagreedtobythePURCHASERthemorestringentrequirementsshallapply.如果有信息冲突应向买方澄清,否则继续按照应该执行的超严标准执行。1.9 WELDABILITY焊接性ProofofWeldabilitytestsshallbeperformedinaccordancewiththerequirementsofAppendixNtothisspecification"InstructionsforthePerformanceofProofofWeldabilityTests".要根据附件N的“可焊接性试验履行指导”进行。Weldabilitytestsshallbeconductedconcurrentlywithpipeproduction.ProductionproofofWeldabilitytestsshallbeperformedontheactualskelporplatetobeusedinpipemanufacture.可焊接性试验必须知道整个钢管的生产过程,运用到中板和钢管用钢管上面。2.0 PROCESSOFMANUFACTUREANDMATERIAL生产工艺与材料2.1 PROCESSOFMANUFACTURE生产工艺ThepipeshallbeDSAWdoublesubmergedarcweldedlongitudinalseamwithatleastonepassontheinsideandatleastonepassontheoutside.钢管必须是双面的DSAW埋弧焊接,有内外两条纵向焊缝。2.2 MATERIAL材料2.2.1 weld,andendsquareness.外观检测方法,包括检测焊缝余高和管端切斜EvidenceofthefieldWeldabilityofthepipeinformofpreheatfree(whereallowablewithrespecttowallthickness)fieldweldingproceduresusingbothcellulosicSMAweldingandGMAweldingperformedinaccordancewithAPI1104undercircumstancessimulatingfieldwelding.Wherepossible,thesetestswillbewitnessedbyeitherthePURCHASER,orthePURCHASER’snominatedRepresentative.Additionalevidencemaybeintheformofexistingrecentlyobtaineddataonthesamegrade(s)ofsteelandpipeofsimilardimensions.ItisakeyrequirementofthisSpecificationthatthepipesupplierfullydemonstratetothesatisfactionofthePURCHASERthatweldingdifficultieswillnotbeencounteredinthefieldduetounanticipatedaspectsofthepipeorthesteelfromwhichitwasmanufactured.WELDINGPROCEDUREQUALIFICATION焊接工艺评定WeldingproceduresshallbequalifiedinaccordancewiththeASMEBoilerandPressureVesselCode,SectionIX(latestedition)andclauses2.4.2and2.4.3ofthisspecification,foreachweldingprocessandconsumablecombinationemployed.WeldingproceduresshallbesubmittedtothePURCHASERforapprovalpriortoproduction.根据ASME锅炉和压力容器标准(最新版)第IX章和本规范第2.4.2,2.4.3节的要求评定焊接工艺流程。焊接工艺流程在生产前递交购买方WeldingprocedurequalificationtestingshallincludeCharpyV-notch(CVN)impacttestsoftheweldandtheweldheat-affectedzones.Energyabsorptionrequirementsshallbeasspecifiedin3.3ofthisSpecification.Thetesttemperatureshallbeamaximumof10°C.However,theSELLERmayselectalowertesttemperatureifdesired.焊接工艺评定测试必须包括焊缝和热处理区的夏比冲击功试验,冲击功值必须符合本规范第3.3章节的规定。测试温度最高为10°C。买方可根据需要选择低点的测试温度Procedurequalificationtestsshallincludemicro-hardnesstestingperformedinaccordancewithrequirementsofASTME384.Atleasttwomicro-hardnesstraversesacrosstheweld,heataffectedzonesandparentmetalusinga10kgloadshallbeperformed.Onetraverseshall-bebetween1and2mmfromtheoutsidesurfaceofthetestspecimen,andonetraverseshallbebetween1and2mmfromtheinsidesurfaceofthetestspecimen.Eachtraverseshallconsistofthefollowing:工艺评定测试须包括显微硬度测试,根据ASTME384的规范执行。至少在焊缝,热影响区和母材上取两组横向试样。一个在试样外表的1-2mm之间,一个在试样的内表1-2mm之间,每个横向截面包括:(i) Thewallthicknessminustoleranceshallbe0%壁厚最小负公差应为0%.LENGTH长度Pipeshallbefurnishedindoublerandomlengths.Themaximumlengthshallbe12.80m(42ft)andtheminimumlengthshallbe10.97m(36ft).管子应提供双倍随机长度,最长为12.80m(42ft),最短为10.97m(36ft)JOINTERS接头Nomilljointersshallbesupplied.不提供任何工厂接头WORKMANSHIPANDDEFECTS工艺与缺陷4.4.1 OffsetOfPlateEdges管端错边Themaximumoffsetofplateedgesforallwallthicknessesatanylocationshallbethelesserof10percentoftheplatethicknessor3.0mm.所有壁厚任何位置的管端错边最大不得超过板厚10%或者3.0mm.4.4.2 Laminations分层Laminationsextendingintothefaceorbevelandhavingatransversedimensionexceeding6mm,oraccumulativelengthsofindicationsexceeding10mminany50mmofcircumference,shallbecutbackuntilallsuchlaminationsorinclusionsareremoved.延伸进表面或坡口的分层,如果横向尺寸超过6mm,或者在任何50mm周长范围内累积长度超过10mm的应修剪至所有此类的分层被去除4.4.3 OtherDefects其它缺陷Anyimperfectionhavingadepthgreaterthan8percentofthespecifiedwallthicknessmeasuredfromtheactualsurfaceofthepipe,orthatresultsinaremainingwallthicknessatanypointoflessthan95percentofthespecifiedwallthickness,shallbeconsideredadefect.任何从管表面实际测得深度超过规定壁厚8%的缺欠,或者使任何点的剩余壁厚少于规定壁厚95%的缺欠将被视为缺陷Surfacedefectscausedbymechanicalmeans,e.g.sharpgougesanddeepscratches,shallbegroundtovanishing,eventhoughtheymaybelessthanthepermissibledepthofimperfection.Allsuchdefectsgreaterindepththantwopercentofthespecifiedminimumwallthicknessshallbecheckedbymagneticparticleinspectionaftergrinding.因机械方式,如尖锐的凿伤与很深的划伤等,所致的表面缺陷应被打磨消失,即使其可能少于缺欠允许的深度.所有深度大于规定最小壁厚2%的此类的缺陷应在打磨后用磁粉探伤进行检验.PIPEENDS管端4.5.1 PlainEnds平端4.5.1.1 InadditiontotherequirementsofAPI5L,therootfacedimensionofbevelledendsshallbe1.59mm,+0.60mm,foratleast95percentofthecircumference.除API5L要求外,坡口钝边的尺寸应为1.59mm,+0.60mm,至少周长的95%.4.5.1.2 Allpipeendsshallbecutsquarewithin1.6mm.所有的管端应直切在1.6mm范围内4.5.1.3 Allpipeends,includingthosepipeswhichhavebeenrepaired,shallbemachinebevelled.Manualbevellingisnotacceptable.所有管端,包括补焊过的,应机械切斜,不得手工切斜InspectionAndTesting检测与试验5.1 TestReports检测报告TheresultsofallchemicalanalysesshallbereportedinaccordancewithAPI-5LsupplementalrequirementSR15.所有化学分析的结果都应按API-5L附件SR15要求进行报告5.2 TESTINGOFMECHANICALPROPERTIES机械性能检测5.2.1 TensileTests拉伸试验5.2.1.1WeldTensileTests焊缝拉伸试验5.2.1.1.1 Transverseweldtensiletestsshallincludedeterminationofelongation.Theminimumelongationshallbe10percent.横向焊缝拉伸试验应包含延伸率的测定.最小延伸率应为10%Theweldreinforcementshallnotberemovedwhenperformingtransverseweldtensiletests.执行横向焊缝拉伸试验时,焊缝余高不得移除5.3 HYDROSTATICTESTS水压试验5.3.1 HydrostaticTestRequirements水压试验要求5.3.1.1 Thehydrostatictestpressureforallsizesofpipeshallbeheldfornotlessthan10seconds.Thetestmediumshallbefreshwater.对所有管子进行的水压试验不得超过10秒。测试媒介应该是新鲜的水源。5.3.1.2 Testingshallstressthepipewallto95percentoftheSMYS.试验将管子挤压到管子厚度的95%SMYS。5.4 VISUALINSPECTION目测5.4.1 Visualinspectionshallincludebutnotbelimitedto:目测应包含但不仅仅局限于以下的不分:(a)Theentireexternalsurface,byaninspectorwalkingthefulllengthofthepipe.检验人员应对管子的整个外表面进行检验。(b)Theinternalsurfacebycrawlingthepipeorusinginspectionlamps,and通过在管内爬行或使用灯管对管子的内表面进行检验。(c)Thepipeends.对管段进行检验。5.4.2 Pipeshallbefreeofanymillcoating,looseinternalorexternalmillscale,oil,greaseorforeignmatter.Pipeshallbepresented,cleananddryforfinalinspectionbythePURCHASER.管子应光洁,无涂层,内外结垢,油污或其他物质,在买方进行最终检验前保持洁净,干燥。5.4.3 Allvisibleslivers,scabs,bristles,orothersurfaceimperfectionsthatwouldresultinanunacceptableexternallyappliedcoatingshallberemovedbygrindinginaccordancewithClause5.5.3ofthisSpecification.所有表面裂缝,刮痕或其他瑕疵应根据本标准第5.5.3的有关规定通过打磨去除。5.5 NONDESTRUCTIVEINSPECTION无损检验5.5.1 MethodsofInspection检验方式Allnon-destructivetestingprocedurestobeusedshallbesubjecttoPURCHASERapproval.所有无损探伤的试验安排都应得到买方的同意5.5.1.1 Thepipeendsshallbeinspectedbyfilmradiography,usingClass1orClass2film.用一级,二级胶片,对管段进行照影测试。5.5.2 UltrasonicandElectromagneticInspection超声波检验以及电磁探伤Allweldseamsshallbeexaminedexternallyfromeachsideoftheweldwithanautomaticultrasonicscanningdevicecapableofdisclosingunacceptablelongitudinalandtransversedefects.AcceptancelimitsshallbeasdefinedinTable21ofAPI5L.用一种能够检验出横向和纵向缺陷的超声波自动扫描设备从外部对管子的所有焊缝进行检测。验收尺度应参照API5L的表215.5.2.1 Equipment设备5.5.2.1.1 Ultrasonicequipmentshallbecheckedforcalibrationandinspectionsensitivitywiththeapplicablereferencestandardatleasttwicepershift.Ifthesignalobtainedfromthecalibrationreflectorusedtoestablishtheacceptancelimitismorethan4dBlowerthantheacceptancelimit,allpipeinspectedafterthelastprecedingacceptablecalibrationshallbere-inspectedafterrecalibrationhasbeenaccomplished.对超声波检验设备的精准度及灵敏度的调整,每班应至少进行两次。假如用于作为验收的校准信号输出的结果高出4分贝低于验收尺度,校准后,应对所有的管子进行重现检验。5.5.2.1.2 Ifanyfactorsotherthanthesensitivityhavechangedwhichmayhaveresultedinaninadequateultrasonicinspection,theequipmentshallberecalibratedandtheaffectedpipere-inspected.假如除灵敏度意外的其他因素改变,可能导致超声波检验不合格,需对设备重新进行校准,对受测管子重新进行检验。5.5.2.1.3 Themeasuredfluxdensityfromanyresidualmagnetisationshallnotexceed5.0mT.任何磁化残留物的通化面度不得超过5mT。5.5.2.2 WeldRepair补焊ThemethodofinspectionofweldrepairstotheweldseamofSAWpipeshallbesubjecttoPURCHASERreviewandapproval.螺旋管焊缝的补焊安排应得到买方的审核和同意。5.5.3 DispositionofDefects缺陷的处理Defectsshallberemovedbygrindingprovidedtheminimumremainingwallthicknessaftergrindingisnotlessthan95percentofthespecifiedwallthickness.假如打磨后的最小壁厚值小于规定壁厚的95%,应去除缺陷。5.5.3.1 ThepipeSELLERshallberesponsibleforthesurfacequalityofthepipeproduced.Inadditiontotherequirementsabove,anydefectsdiscoveredduringfinalinspectionshallberemovedtothesatisfactionofthePURCHASER'sinspectorbeforethepipeisshipped.卖方应对自己所生产的管子的表面质量负责。除以上要求外,在最终检验过程中发现的任何瑕疵都应进行处理,并得到买方检验人员的同意后方可出运。5.5.3.2 If,intheopinionofthePURCHASER'sinspector,thesurfaceofthepipeisnotsuitablefortheapplicationofcoatingduetopoorsurfacequality,additionalcostsincurredforpreparationofthepipesurfaceforcoatingshallbetheresponsibilityoftheSELLER,orthepipeshallberejected.假如买方的检验人员认为管子的表面质量太差,不适合进行后期的防腐处理,则由此产生的所有额外费用由卖方承担;假如对缺陷不进行处理,管子将被拒收。5.5.4 PipeEnds管端Allpipesshallbeinspectedforlaminationsextendingintothepipeendbyultrasonic,magneticparticleorliquidpenetranttechnique.使用超声波磁离子或液态渗透技术对所有管子的迭片结构进行检验6.0 Marking喷标6.1 GENERAL概述Allmarkingsshallbemadeusingpermanentpaint.所有的喷标应使用永久性涂料。6.2 LOCATIONOFMARKINGS喷标的位置Markingsshallbeappliedtobothendsandinthesameorientationateachend.Wherecoatingiscarriedoutinthesame
