Chapter1GeneralProvisions

1、为保证进口压力容器产品制造质量监督检验质量，制订

本细则。

均应遵守本细则。

三、监督检验内容

Chapter3ContentsofSupervisoryInspection

1、对压力容器制造过程中涉及安全性能的项目进行监督检

验；

四、监检项目和方法

1、图样资料

1.Drawinganddata

(1)检查压力容器设计单位的设计资格印章，确认资格有

效。

(1)Examinethecertificateofpressurevesseldesigner;confirmthe

effectivenessofitsqualification.

(2)审查压力容器制造和检验标准的有效性。

(2)Reviewtheeffectivenessofstandardsonmanufactureand

inspectionforpressurevessel.

(3)审查设计变更(含材料代用)手续。

2、材料

(1)审查材料质量证明书、材料复检报告。

4、外观和几何尺寸

(1)检查焊接接头表面质量。

(2)检查母材表面的机械损伤情况。

(3)检查筒体内径与最小内径差，当直立容器壳体长度超

过30m时，检查筒体直线度。检查焊缝布置和封头形状偏差，并记

录实际尺寸。

diametersofshell.Checkthestraightnessofthecylinderofvertical

vesselwithheightmorethan30meters,Checkthearrangementof

weldsandthedeviationoffigureinheadandrecordtheiractual

dimensions.

5、无损检测

5.Non-destructiveexamination

(1)检查布片(排版)图和探伤报告，核实探伤比例和位

置，对局部探伤产品的返修焊缝，应检查扩探情况。对超声波探伤和

表面探伤，除审查报告外，监检人员还应不定期到现场对产品进行实

地监检。

(2)抽查底片。抽查数量不少于设备探伤比例的30%,且

不少于10张(少于10张的全部检查)，检查部位应包括T形焊缝可

疑部位及返修片。
