1.复合不定代词的含义与构成

由some,any,no,every加上-body,-one,-thing构成的不定代词叫作复合不定代词。除了noone以外,其他复合不定代词都写成一个词。

①something(某事,某物),somebody/someone(某人),一般用于肯定句,当希望得到肯定回答时,也可用于疑问句。

②anything(任何事,任何物),anybody/anyone(任何人),常用于否定句、疑问句和条件状语从句。

③nothing(没有什么),nobody/noone(没有人),表达否定意义。

④everything(一切事物),everybody/everyone(每个人),强调整体概念。

2.语法功能

复合不定代词相当于名词,在句中用作主语、宾语或表语。

作主语时,谓语动词用单数形式;也能作动词或介词的宾语。如“Everyonelikesmusic.”和“Ican’tfindanyonehere."。

3.修饰规则

形容词修饰复合不定代词时要后置;else与复合不定代词连用时也后置,表示“别的,其他的”。如“somethingnew"和“someoneelse”。
