2026年船舶租赁服务合同ThisCharterPartydatedasof[InsertDate],pursuanttothetermsandconditionssetforthhereinandtheattachedSchedule(ifany),madebetween[FullNameandAddressofShipowner],of[Shipowner'sCountry],hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Shipowner",and[FullNameandAddressofCharterer],of[Charterer'sCountry],hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Charterer".1.VesselTheShipownershallletandtheCharterershallhirethevesselnamed[VesselName],ofburden[Tonnage],registeredunderthenumber[IMONumber]in[FlagState],ofbuildyear[BuildYear],andclassedby[ClassSociety],thedetailsofwhicharesetforthintheScheduleattachedheretoandforminganintegralpartofthisCharterParty.2.CommencementandTerminationofCharterPeriodThisCharterPartyshallcommenceon[InsertCommencementDate]andcontinueforaperiodof[Number]months/years,oruntilthevesselisredeliveredat[InsertRedeliveryPort]onorbefore[InsertRedeliveryDate],whicheveroccursfirst(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"CharterPeriod").3.CharterTypeThisisa[SpecifyCharterType,e.g.,TimeCharter]underthetermsandconditionsofthe[InsertrelevantBIMCOForm,e.g.,NYPE'96]CharterPartyformat,asamendedandsupplementedbytheattachedScheduleandtheclausessetforthinthisCharterParty.4.DeliveryandConditionoftheVesselTheShipownershalldeliverthevesseltotheChartererattheportof[InsertDeliveryPort]onorabout[InsertDeliveryDate],inafullyseaworthycondition,fittedwithacompleteandefficientcrew,withallstores,sparesandequipmentingoodworkingorder,aspertheScheduleandtherelevantclasscertificatesheldbytheShipowneratthetimeofdelivery.TheCharterershalltakethevesselattheirownriskandperilandacceptherintheconditionsheisdelivered.ThevesselshallremainattheCharterer'sriskandperilfromthetimesheisdeliveredtotheChartereruntilsheisredeliveredattheendoftheCharterPeriod.5.CrewTheCrewshallbecomposedof[Number]officersand[Number]ratings,allofwhomshallbeappointedbytheShipownerandbequalifiedinaccordancewiththerequirementsoftheFlagStateandinternationalconventionsapplicablethereto.TheShipownershallbesolelyresponsiblefortheengagement,care,discipline,instruction,paymentofwages,allowances,livingaccommodation,messing,clothing,medicalcare,insuranceoflivesandsocialsecuritycontributionsfortheCrew.TheCharterershallbesolelyresponsiblefortheprovisionofallnecessaryprovisionsandaccommodationfortheCrewduringtheCharterPeriod.TheCharterershallhavetherighttoapprovethenamesoftheofficersandratingsbeforeengagementifnotifiedbytheShipowneratleast[Number]dayspriortothedateofdelivery.6.MaintenanceandRepairsTheShipownershallberesponsibleforthekeepingofthevesselinaproperstateofrepairandefficiencyatalltimesduringtheCharterPeriod.TheShipownershallbesolelyresponsibleforallcostsincurredinconnectionwiththemaintenanceandrepairofthehullandsuperstructure,themainandauxiliarymachinery,andallequipmentandappurtenancesofthevessel,whethersuchmaintenanceandrepairsarenecessaryornot.TheCharterershallberesponsibleforthecostofrepairsduetowearandtear,negligenceoromissiononthepartoftheChartererorherservantsoragents.TheCharterershallhavetherighttoinspectallrepairsundertakenbytheShipowneratanytimeandplaceandtorequirethatallrepairsbecarriedoutbycompetentworkmenusingmaterialsofagoodquality.7.SuppliesAllsuppliesoffueloil,freshwater,lubricatingoils,stores,sparesandmaterialsrequiredfortheoperationandmaintenanceofthevesselduringtheCharterPeriodshallbesuppliedbytheShipowner.TheCharterershallberesponsibleforthecostofallsuchsupplies.TheCharterershallbeentitledtoinspectthequantityandqualityofallsuppliessuppliedbytheShipownerpriortopayment.8.InsuranceTheShipownershallberesponsibleforarrangingandpayingfortheinsuranceofthevesselinaccordancewiththerequirementssetforthintheSchedule.TheinsuranceshallcoverallrisksoflossordamagetothevesselandshallbemaintainedatalltimesduringtheCharterPeriod.TheCharterershallbefullyindemnifiedbytheShipowneragainstalllossesincurredasaresultofthevesselnotbeingproperlyinsured.9.PortChargesandOtherExpenses(a)Allportcharges,harbourdues,lightdues,pilotagefees,towagefees,lighthouseandbuoyagecharges,andallotherexpensesofasimilarnatureincurredinconnectionwiththeoperationandnavigationofthevesselshallbefortheaccountoftheCharterer.(b)SuezCanaldues,PanamaCanaldues,andothersimilartollsshallbefortheaccountoftheCharterer,unlessotherwiseagreedinwriting.(c)Allexpensesincurredinconnectionwiththerepairorreplacementofhull,machineryorequipmentshallbefortheaccountoftheShipowner,exceptforthoseincurredduetothenegligenceorfaultoftheChartererorherservantsoragents.(d)TheShipownershallberesponsibleforalltaxes,dutiesandleviespayableinrespectofthevesselexceptforthoseimposeddirectlyontheChartererbylaw.10.LaycanThelaycanshallbe[SpecifyLaycan,e.g.,from[StartPort]to[EndPort]loading[Commodity]for[Quantity]tonnes,loadingnottobecompletedlaterthan[Date],andsailingwithin[Number]daysafterloading,orwaitingat[WaitPort]for[Number]days].11.DeviationThevesselshalldeviatefromthelaycanonlyinsofarasthisisnecessaryinordertoavoidforcemajeure,accidents,necessaryrepairs,weatherconditions,orotherunforeseencircumstances,andshallnotifytheChartererwithoutdelayofanysuchdeviationandthereasonstherefor.12.DetentionandForfeitureIftheCharterershalldetainthevesselbeyondtheCharterPeriodwithoutthefaultorneglectoftheShipowner,theCharterershallpaytotheShipownerasum,tobedeterminedbythe仲裁机构[ArbitrationInstitute](hereinafterreferredtoasthe"仲裁机构"),equaltothecharterhireatthegoingrateforthetimeofdetention,togetherwithalladditionalcostsincurredbytheShipownerbyreasonofsuchdetention.13.HireCalculationThecharterhireshallbecalculatedattherateof[Number]perdayperkilowatt[orotheragreedunitofmeasurement]basedontheeffectiveinstalledkilowatt[orotheragreedunitofmeasurement]availableatthetimeofloading.Laycanhireshallbepaidattherateof[Number]perdayforthelaycanperiod.14.PaymentofHireCharterhireshallbepaidbytheCharterertotheShipownerinaccordancewiththetermssetforthintheSchedule.Allpaymentsshallbemadewithoutdeduction,set-offorcounterclaimandshallbemadefreefromallcharges.15.WarandStrikes(a)TheCharterershallbeentitledtosuspendpaymentsofhireduringthecontinuanceofanywar,hostilities,actofwar,civilwar,rebellion,insurrection,revolution,insurrection,riots,civilcommotion,strikes,lockouts,orsympatheticstrikesaffectingthecrewortheshipowners'workmenwhichpreventthevesselfrombeingloadedordischarged,orcauseorcontributetothedelayinloadingordischargingthevessel.(b)TheCharterershall,however,beliabletopayhireatthefullrateforalltimewhenthevesselisavailableforusebytheChartererbutispreventedfrombeingsousedbysuchcauses.16.BunkerSurchargeTheCharterershallbeliableforanybunkersurchargewhichmaybeleviedbytheShipownerforthesupplyoffueloil.17.NoticesAllnoticesandclaimsshallbeservedinwritingandshallbedeemedtohavebeendulygivenifdeliveredpersonally,sentbyregisteredpost,orsentbycourier.18.GoverningLawThisCharterPartyshallbegovernedbyandconstruedin
