V.OrganizationandLeadership

A.CommandStructure

Thepublicemergencyresponseplanwillbeorganizedunderaunifiedcommandstructure,whichincludesthefollowingpositions:

1.EmergencyOperationsCenter(EOC)Director:Responsibleforoverallcommandandcontroloftheemergencyresponseeffort.

2.EmergencyOperationsCenter(EOC)DeputyDirector:AssiststheEOCDirectorandactsasabackupintheirabsence.

3.EmergencyManagementCoordinator:Managestheemergencyresponseplanandcoordinatesactivitiesamongvariousagenciesandorganizations.
