sforrenewal,thetermsofrenewalshallbegovernedbytheOriginalLeaseagreement.12.GoverningLawandDisputeResolutionThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsoftheStateof[StateName],Australia.AnydisputearisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisAgreementshallberesolvedthroughnegotiationbetweentheparties.Ifnegotiationfails,thedisputeshallbesubmittedtotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtsof[StateName],Australia.13.EntireAgreementThisAgreement,togetherwiththeOriginalLeaseagreement,constitutestheentireagreementbetweentheLandlordandtheTenantwithrespecttoth
