ecutbackonnutritionalsupportfortheneedy.Drugcompanieshavebeengivenhundredsofbill

oftheyoung,wholongtoenterourshrinkingmiddleclass.Soaringtuitionsanddecliningincome
shaveresultsinlargerdebtburdens.Thosewithonlyahighschoodiplomahaveseentheirinco
mesdeclineby13percentoverthepast35years.
[M]Wherejusticeisconnected,thereisalsoahugedivide.In:heeyesoftherestofthewor
Idandasignificantpartofitsownpopulation,massimprisonmenthascometodefineAmerica—
