if引导的条件状语从句说明“在某种条件下,主句动作才会发生”。表达一种“如果……的话(条件),就会……(结果)”的逻辑。其核心在于主句和从句的时态搭配会根据条件的类型(真实、可能、虚拟)而变化。
这类句子通常分两种情况:可能发生的真实情况和不太可能发生的假设情况。1)真实条件句
(1)功能:谈论将来可能发生的真实情况及其可能的结果
(条件很可能实现或有可能实现)。
(2)时态:主句(表示结果的句子)从句(if后面的句子)①用一般将来时(will+动词原形)。从句用一般现在时。②用can/must等情态动词。③用祈使句。Ifconditionalclausegrammar①当表示未来可能发生的事情时,主句用一般将来时,if引导的
