以指、掌根、大鱼际或肘尖为着力点，再治疗部位做轻柔缓和的回旋动作即为揉法。

根据着力部位的不同，可分为指揉法、掌根揉法、大鱼际揉法和肘揉法等。

major-thenarkneadingmanipulation,elbow-kneadingmanipulation,etc.三、注意事项Precaution应用本法动作贵在柔和，揉转的幅度要由小而大，用力应先轻渐重，术手要吸定在操作部位上，不得在皮肤表面摩擦与滑动，频率在每分钟100~160次之间。

揉法有宽胸理气、健脾和胃、活血散瘀、消肿止痛、祛风散寒、温经通络、安神镇惊等功效。

揉法作用力轻柔缓和而深透，通过揉动形成的内摩擦，可在组织深层产生温热作用。适用于全身各部位操作，是推拿临床常用手法之一。

Theeffectofkneadingmanipulationislight,softandslowbutdeepandthorough.Warmeffectcanbecreatedinthedeeplayerofthetissuebytheinternalrubbingcausedbykneading.Thismanipulationcanbeappliedtoallpartsofthebody,andisoneofthecommonly-usedmanipulationofclinicalmassage.大鱼际揉法多用于头面、胸腹部及四肢由急性扭伤所致的局部肿痛处。掌根揉法多用于腰背、臀部及四肢肌肉丰厚处。指揉法可用于全身各部经穴以及需要做点状刺激的部位。肘揉法则适宜于对深层组织的治疗。

Finger-kneadingmanipulationcanbeoperatedonallthechannelpointsthroughoutthebodyandtheregionsthatneeddigitalstimulation.Elbow-kneadingmanipulationissuitablefortreatingthedeeplayerofthetissue.

常用于治疗头痛、眩晕、失眠、面瘫、脘腹胀痛、胸闷胁痛、便秘、泄泻以及腰背、四肢软组织损伤等病证。
