Artificialintelligenceisnotanothercycleofchange.Itisastructuralshiftinhoworganizationsthink,decide,andcompete.

Everyerahasunderestimatedtheleaderswhomovedearly.From

industrializationtodigitization,thewinnerswerenotthosewhowaitedforcertainty,butthosewhorecognizedinflectionpointsandactedwithintent.

AIissuchamoment—onethatrewardsdecisivenessandpenalizeshesitation.

TheCEO’srolehasalwaysbeentoleadthroughdisruption.WhatAIchangesisthevelocityandconsequenceofleadership.EnterprisesthatsucceedwilloperateAI-first—notasalayeroftechnology,butasanewoperatingmodel.Decisioncycleswillcompress.Boundariesbetweenfunctionswilldissolve.Advantagewillaccruetothosewhocanlearn,adapt,andexecutefasterthantheircompetitors.
