homefromthecountryside,Ifoundtheroomstuffyandcasuallyopenedthe

window.Somethingoutsidecaughtmyeyeanddazzledme.Itwasaplumtreeall

scarletwithblossomsetoffbeautifullybythesunset.Thesurprisediscovery

overwhelmedmewithpleasure.Iwonderedwhy1hadnoideaofsomeunyielding

lifesproutingoverthefallenpetalswhenIwasgrievingforthehibiscus.

Whenthelastwitheredpetaldropped,allthejoyfuladmirationforthehibiscus

sankintooblivionasifnothingwasleft,untilthelandscapewasagainablazewith

theredplumblossomtoremindpeopleoflife'salternationandcontinuance.Can't

itbesaidthatlifeisactuallyasymphony,aharmoniouscompositionoflossgain.

Standingbythewindowlostinthoughtforalongtime,Irealizedthatno

sceneryintheworldremainsunchanged.Aslongasyoukeepyourheartbaskingin

thesun,everydawnwillpresentafineprospect
