1儿童一般都对新鲜事情感兴趣，要搞清楚他们为什么吵闹，然后适当的对他们给于奖励，

设计好方案，如，跟他们说：“上课就要好好学，下课才能好好玩，哪个学得好，哪个就被

评为"聪明公主/王子”，哪个不吵，就被评为“乖乖公主/王子〃，哪个最吵，就是“调皮公主/

王子”……深入童心。

2被评为好的学生，按一节节课计算，给他们贴贴画，贴到英语书上，那个这节课不吵闹的，

就能得到一张，最后看谁得的多，定个口期，如一个星期的星期五检查每个人的书，看谁得

的多，然后告诉他的家长，家长或许会奖励自己的孩子，你也可一给一些小小的奖品，是现

在孩子们喜欢的。也可以规定多少张贴贴画，才能得到相应的奖品和名号(聪明公主/王

子”“调皮公主/王子”)其中的“聪明公主/王子”是看学生的英语测验的成绩来定的。你也

可以自己规定方案，我想到的暂时就这些。另外，一般5毛钱到1元钱的奖品，文具，零食

等，都可以。

3在班里设置一个英语角，好的学生，乖的学生，听话的学生都可以在上面纪录，把他们的

相片贴上去，其他人都能看到，更能激起孩子们的光荣感。

4课堂上气氛很重要，要活跃不要严肃的，死气沉沉的。

你可以根据孩子的特点设计点。

比如来个评比，全班分为4大组，然后比如默写、考试、上课发言积极的加多少分。默写不

好的、考试不及格的、上课不认真的扣积分。然后一周下来，第一名的一组不做回家作业本

上的作业等等。最后一名可•以惩罚，但不要过度。

你可以弄类似的方法，还有上课要有点幽默，这样应该就会好点。但是严肃规严肃幽默归幽

默。

一年级的课堂，如果没有变好的课堂调节能力，学生注意力期短，很容易乱成一糟。本人有

几招心得，说来，一起分享。

1、规范课堂命令语.

（123,坐端正；小眼睛，看黑板；小嘴巴，不说话）

2、以静制动。

（学生吵的时候，要适当停下来，以眼光扫射全班，让学生回到你的视线范围中来。）3、杀

鸡敬猴。

（找一个上课不专心的同学站到讲台上来，批评他,其他同学自然会知道这样做是不对的。）

4、表扬、比赛形式要多样。

（适时表扬表现优秀的同学，通过多种形式调动学生的积极性。）

5、玩中学。
