erusebyPartyB,PartyAshallberesponsiblefortherepair,butPartyBshallbearthecorrespondingrepaircosts.6.3质保期届满后，甲方应继续为乙方提供优质的售后服务，乙方应按照甲方届时公布的收费标准支付服务费用。6.3.Aftertheexpirationofthewarrantyperiod,PartyAshallcontinuetoprovidehighqualityaftersalesservicesforPartyB,andPartyBshallpayservicefeesinaccordancewiththechargingstandardsannouncedbyPartyAatthattime.6.4甲方应在接到乙方售后服务通知后[X]个工作日内做出响应，并在[具体维修时间]内到达乙方医院进行维修（特殊情况除外）。6.4.PartyAshallrespondwithin[X]workingdaysafterreceivingPartyB'saftersalesservicenoticeandarriveatPartyB'shospitalforrepairwithin[SpecificRepairTime](exceptinspecialcircumstances).第七条知识产权及保密条款7.1甲方保证所提供的设备及相关技术资料不存在任何知识产权纠纷，如因甲方原因导致乙方遭受第三方知识产权侵权指控，甲方应承担全部法律责任及赔偿责任。7.1.PartyAguaranteesthattherearenointellectualpropertydisputesregardingtheequipmentandrelatedtechnicalmaterialsprovided.IfPartyBisaccusedofintellectualpropertyinfringementbyathirdpartyduetoPartyA'sreasons,PartyAshallbearalllegalresponsibilitiesandcompensationresponsibilities.7.2双方应对在合同履行过程中知悉的对方商业秘密、技术秘密等予以保密。未经对方书面同意，任何一方不得向第三方披露或使用对方的保密信息。7.2.Bothpartiesshallkeepconfidentialthebusinesssecrets,technicalsecrets,etc.oftheotherpartyknownduringtheperformanceofthecontract.Withoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheotherparty,neitherpartyshalldiscloseorusetheconfidentialinformationoftheotherpartytoathirdparty.第八条违约责任8.1若甲方未按照合同约定的时间交付设备、进行安装调试、提供培训或售后服务等，每逾期一日，应按照合同总价的[X]%向乙方支付违约金。逾期超过[X]日的，乙方有权解除合同，并要求甲方返还已支付的款项，同时甲方应按照合同总价的[X]%向乙方支付违约金。8.1.IfPartyAfailstodelivertheequipment,carryoutinstallationandcommissioning,providetrainingoraftersalesservices,etc.inaccordancewiththetimestipulatedinthecontract,foreachoverdueday,PartyAshallpayliquidateddamagestoPartyBat[X]%ofthetotalcontractprice.Iftheoverdueperiodexceeds[X]days,PartyBhastherighttoterminatethecontract,requirePartyAtoreturnthepaymentsalreadymade,andatthesametimePartyAshallpayliquidateddamagestoPartyBat[X]%ofthetotalcontractprice.8.2若乙方未按照合同约定的时间支付款项，每逾期一日，应按照未支付金额的[X]%向甲方支付违约金。逾期超过[X]日的，甲方有权解除合同，并要求乙方支付已交付设备的价款及相应的违约金。8.2.IfPartyBfailstomakepaymentsinaccordancewiththetimestipulatedinthecontract,foreachoverdueday,PartyBshallpayliquidateddamagestoPartyAat[X]%oftheunpaidamount.Iftheoverdueperiodexceeds[X]days,PartyAhastherighttoterminatethecontractandrequirePartyBtopaythepriceofthedeliveredequipmentandcorrespondingliquidateddamages.8.3如一方违反本合同的其他条款，应承担因此给对方造成的全部损失，并按照合同总价的[X]%向对方支付违约金。8.3.Ifeitherpartyviolatesothertermsofthiscontract,itshallbearalllossescausedtotheotherpartyandpayliquidateddamagestotheotherpartyat[X]%ofthetotalcontractprice.第九条争议解决9.1本合同的签订、履行、解释及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律。9.1.Thesigning,performance,interpretationanddisputeresolution
