Wesurveyed6,098wirelessprofessionalsfromacrosstheworldwhoagreethatAIsimplifiesoperationsandcanfreeupover850hoursperITperson,peryear.But
simultaneously,AIischallengingtheirinfrastructure,thenumberonesecuritythreat,andthebiggesttalentrisk.
Legacyinfrastructureplusthreekeyinterconnected
barriersmustbeaddressedtoresolvethisparadoxandunlockthefullmultipliereffectofwireless:
1.Solvingoperationalcomplexity.
98%oforganizationsreportincreasedcomplexity,drivenbyfactorslikeorganizationalmergersandtheproliferationofIoTworkloads.MostITteamsremaintrappedinreactiveticketmanagement.While81%ofwirelessleaderspreferAItosimplifyoperations,only29%haveachievedhigh-
