toairlinestosoftware,anditisthisvarietythatformsthemainthemeofStuart1s

book.

IhavetosaythatStuarfsapproachannoysme.Herarelystaysatadistance

fromhisinterviewees,whoaremostlypresentedintheirown,positivewords.Ifthis

werealwaysthecase,atleastyouwouldknowwhereyouwere.Butheseemsto

dislikecertaininterviewees.Asaresult,Idon*tknowwhethertoacceptanyofhis

opinions.

Italsomeansthatthebookgivesnoclearlessons.Attheveryleast,Iexpected

tolearnwhatmakesasuccessfulChiefExecutive.Butthesepeopleseemtoshare

twotypesofqualities.Someofthemareverycommon,suggestingthatanyonecan

beequallysuccessful,whichisdefinitelynotthecase.Andtheotherqualitiesare

oneswhichmostsuccessfulbossesIhaveseendefinitelydonffhave.Sointheend
