withfew,ifany,stringsattached.That'sonereasonwhytheideaofanationallisthasn't

goneanywhere,whiledrugcostskeeprisingfast.[C4].Premierslovetoquote

Mr.Romanow'sreportselectively,especiallythepartsaboutmorefederalmoney.

Perhapstheyshouldreadwhathehadtosayaboutdrugs:"Anationaldrugagencywould

providegovernmentsmoreinfluenceonpharmaceuticalcompaniesinordertotryto
