utheastAsia.ItoperatesasasubsidiaryofSeaLimited.Shopeedifferentiatesitselfthroughinteractivefeatures,competitivepricing,andarobustlogisticsnetwork.Forbudget-consciousshoppersinSoutheastAsia,Shopeeremainsatopchoice.In2023,Shopeeaccountedfor55%ofSoutheastAsia’se-commerceGMV,surpassingLazadaandTokopedia.Itisaplatformtailoredfortheregion,providingcustomerswithaneasy,secureandfastonlineshoppingexperiencethroughstrongpaymentandfulfillmentsupport.Shopeedeliversthevisionthatonlineshoppingshouldbeaccessible,easyandenjoyable,andwon’tconcedeitsrequirements.Shopeebelievesinthetransformativepoweroftechnology,andstrivestoconnectbuyersandsellerswithinonecommunitydefinedbythreekeyattributes:Simple,Happy,andTogether.各国电子商务网络平台的现状无论是国内还是国外的企业家都逐渐意识到电子商务中所蕴含的巨大商机,不少企业开始由单一的线下传统交易模式向互联网电子商务交易模式转移。各国也出现了区域型的受当地消费者喜爱的电商平台,如中国的兰亭集势、中国制造、法国的Cdiscount、美国的Wish等等。1、兰亭集势兰亭集势(Lightinthebox)是中国整合了供应链服务的在线B2C,成立于2007年,注册资金300万美元,是目前国内排名第一的外贸销售网站。

其经营范围集势涵盖了包括服装、电子产品、玩具、饰品、家居用品、体育用品等14大类,共6万多种商品。公司年销售额超过2亿元人民币。兰亭集势利用各种中国制造的“山寨”电子产品和廉价婚纱礼服,敲开了海外电子商务市场的一角。价格低廉驱动海外用户在兰亭集势消费的主要因素。

兰亭集势之所以可以在如此低廉的定价水平上取得如此高的毛利水平,核心在于其具备相当强的成本优势,以及极大地缩短了供应链。2、中国制造网中国制造网创建于1998年,是由焦点科技开发和运营的,国内最著名的B2B电子商务网站之一,已连续四年被《互联网周刊》评为中国最具商业价值百强网站。中国制造网汇集中国企业产品,面向全球采购商,提供高效可靠的信息交流与贸易服务平台,为中国企业与全球采购商创造了无限商机,是国内中小企业通过互联网开展国际贸易的首选B2B网站之一,也是国际上有影响的电子商务平台。从外贸会员企业的交易流程看,经过注册后,中国供应商选择好所需的服务后在中国制造网平台上发布产品信息与需求信息;如买卖双方未达成一致,则各自继续寻求理想伙伴;如买卖双方彼此有意向的,则发送询盘或进行其他方式联系;达成一致的则进行详细讨论合作条款乃至签订商务合同;然后卖家发货,买家付款收货,直至最后交易完成。3、Wish

Wish总部位于美国,是一家移动B2C跨境电商平台。这匹从移动端突围的黑马,用2年多的时间便创造了超过1亿美金的平台交易额。作为一个电商新手,Wish完全没有PC端购物平台的设计经验,这也使得Wish能够不带任何思想包袱地开拓移动端市场。移动端最大的特点就是“随时随地随身”,进而带来碎片化需求。Wish淡化了品类浏览和搜索,去掉了促销,专注于关联推荐。当一个新用户注册登录的时候,Wish会推荐一些不令人反感的商品,比如T恤、小饰品等。此后,Wish会随时跟踪用户的浏览轨迹以及使用习惯,以了解用户的偏好,进而再推荐相应的商品给用户。这样,不同用户在WishAPP上看到的界面是不一样的,同一用户在不同时间上看的的界面也是不一样的。这就是Wish的魅力所在,其能通过智能化推荐技术,与用户保持一种无形的互动,从而极大的增加了用户黏性。4、Lazada与其说Lazada是东南亚的亚马逊,那么也可以说是东南亚的京东商城。因为Lazada的主要用户群集中在东南亚地区网络购物习惯仍在培育中的人群,主要销售3C类。因为竞争者少市场环境好,Lazada保持了良好的利润。Lazada正效仿亚马逊,专注于为小商家和零售商打造销售平台,并完善下单和配送流程。Lazada业务遍及印尼、马来西亚、菲律宾、泰国和越南,覆盖大约6亿消费者。提供一年保修,免运费,14天无条件退换货等售后服务。5、CdiscountCidiscout是法国最大电子商务平台。总部位于法国波尔多市,以批发形式为主,产品涵盖日常生活用品、食品、电子产品、家用电器、婴幼儿用品、箱包、玩具。很多批发商在Cdiscount注册开店,其经营模式类似于批发商城,因此价格非常有优势。值得注意的是,法国人没有所谓“跨境”的概念,他们更多的是对某一平台的定位。Cdiscount在他们看来就是本土性质的平台,业内人士说道,“他们不会因为你从中国发货而对你的要求有所宽松,甚至大多数法国人并没有意识到平台上已经充满了中国卖家。这也是为什么物流一直是投诉的核心话题,因为法国人对于Cdiscount的心理期待就是法国收发货的速度。NewWordsunderway/ˌʌndəˈweɪ/adj.1currentlyinprogress正在进行中的e.g.I)Aninvestigationisunderwaytofindouthowthedisputehappened.调查已经展开,以查明纠纷是如何发生的。
