前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规定

起草。

本文件代替GB/T31551—2015《水玻璃砂再生成套设备技术条件》,与GB/T31551—2015相

比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:

a)更改了技术要求中部分设备的名称(见第4章,2015年版的4.3、4.4、4.11);

b)更改了技术要求中振幅及噪声等参数值(见第4章,2015年版的4.1.4、4.1.10、4.4.1、4.8.1、

4.8.2、4.10.1、4.11、4.12.3、4.12.8、4.13.2、4.15.3、4.16.6);

c)更改了空运转与负荷运转的要求(见4.18、4.19,2015年版的4.18);

d)增加了技术要求中管道支架设置距离的技术参数(见4.12.6、4.16.8);

e)增加了部分技术要求(见4.1.4、4.1.5、4.1.9、4.1.12、4.1.13、4.1.17、4.4.6、4.4.7、4.8.8、4.9.1、

4.9.2、4.15.6、4.15.7、4.17.1、4.17.7);

f)删除了破碎机的部分技术要求(见2015年版的4.4.1);

g)增加了试验方法通则及含水量参数的测定(见5.1、5.12);

h)更改了磁力分离设备磁感应强度的测定(见5.10,2015年版的5.9);

i)增加了表面粗糙度的测定(见5.13);

j)增加了形位公差的测定(见5.14);

k)增加了双振幅的测定(见5.15);

l)删除了型式检验的部分条件(见6.2.1,2015年版的6.2.1)。

水玻璃砂再生成套设备技术规范

1范围

本文件规定了水玻璃砂再生成套设备的技术要求,描述了相应的试验方法,规定了检验规则、标

志、包装、运输和贮存等要求。

本文件适用于采用机械再生、湿法再生和热法再生的水玻璃砂再生成套设备的制造。

2规范性引用文件

下列文件中的内容通过文中的规范性引用而构成本文件必不可少的条款。其中,注日期的引用文
