宾语从句的连接词。

连词that,只起连接作用,在从句中不作句子成分,也无词汇意义,在口语中常被省略。例：Heknew(that)heshouldworkhard.他知道他应该努力工作。2.连词

if/whether,意为“是否”。它们起连接作用,在从句中不充当任何句子成分,但不能省略，在口语中多用if。例：Tomdon’tknowif/whetherhisgrandpalikedthepresent.汤姆不知道他的爷爷是否喜欢这件礼物。

一般情况下,if和whether可以互换,但以下3种情况只能用whether：①在不定式前：例：Hedoesn'tknowwhethertostayornot.他不知道是否要留下来。②在介词后：例：Itdependsonwhetheritisgoingtorain.这取决于天是否下雨。③与ornot连用：

Theyaretalkingaboutwhethertogothereornot.

他们正在讨论是否去那里。3.疑问词引导的宾语从句疑问词在句中既起连接作用，也作句子成分,又有实际意义。连接代词：

who、whom、whose、what、which。

连接副词：

when、where、why、how。who在从句中作主语、表语；whom在从句中作宾语；whose在从句中作定语；what、which在从句中作主语、宾语、表语或定语;when、where、why、how在从句中分别作时间状语、地点状语、原因状语、方式状语。

例：Theteacheraskedthenewstudentswhich

宾语从句的语序。宾语从句的语序用陈述句语序,即:

连接词

+主语+谓语+其他。不用疑问语序。
