7、的时态规则但要注意whether一词。n Whether it rains (rain) or not, I shall go out for an outing tomorrow.n Can you tell me whether it will rain (rain) tomorrow?n Whether it will do (do) us more harm than good remains to be seen.当whether作“无论”解，用现在时表将来。但当whether作“是否”解时则不能用现在时表将来。2. 注意下列连词的基本释义as soon as / the momen
