1、terpenoids,萜 类 化 合 物,Section 1terpenoids,Introduction,1970年统计已确定结构者约4000种 1982年统计超过一万种。 萜类化合物是天然物质中最多的一类化合物。 如：挥发油、树脂、橡胶以及胡萝卜素等 萜类成分中，有些具有生理活性，如：龙脑、山道年和川栋素（驱蛔）、穿心莲内酯（抗菌)、人参皂苷以及甘草酸等,什么样的结构属萜类化合物呢？,上述这些化合物，进行氧化加热后都产生异戊二烯，即：C5H8,定义：凡由异戊二烯聚合衍生的化合物，其分子式符合(C5H8)n通式的。,1.实验异戊二烯规则（empirical isoprene rule） 凡是

5、 troponoides can react with metal ions to form complex crystal and show different colors. e.g.：complex with Cu2+ green crystal， complex with Fe3+red crystal.,3、bicyclic monoterpenoid,4. iridoids （环烯醚萜）,属单萜。 蚁臭二醛（iridoidial）的缩醛衍生物。 含环戊烷结构单元，具环状单萜的特点。 是从臭蚁的防卫性分泌物中分离出来的物质，其生物合成途径不同于单萜，不是经由脱去GPP分子中焦磷酸基而

10、stence of azulenoids,Curcumol莪术醇,. diterpenoids （二萜） 由4个异戊二烯单位构成，含20个碳原子。,1. acyclic diterpenoids,2. cyclic diterpenoids,存在于植物中环状二萜类，较重要的有：,属双环二萜类化合物 具有抗炎作用 但水溶性不好，为增强穿心莲内酯水溶性，将其制备成衍生物：,银杏内酯属双环二萜类。 作为拮抗血小板活化因子，用于治疗因血小板活化因子引起的种种休克状障碍,雷公藤根中二萜类成分,属三环二萜类。具抗癌活性,紫杉醇（taxol）：又称红豆杉醇(属三环二萜类),1972年底美国FDA批准上市，临

11、床用于治疗卵巢癌、乳腺癌和肺癌疗效较好,解决紫杉醇（taxol）的资源问题（含量低）： 半合成：,为紫杉醇的前体物，是半合成品的母体。 在红豆杉的针叶和小枝中含0.1%。,甜菊苷（stevioside）：存在于甜菊叶中。 总甜菊苷含量约6%，甜度约为蔗糖的300倍。,. sesterterpenoids （二倍半萜）,该类化合物数量少，约有6种类型30余种化合物。, properties of terpenoids,1.physical properties 1.1 Description： most of monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids are oil

The terpenoids with the structure of COOH, Ar-OH and lactone also can dissolve in NaHCO3 or NaOH respectively. Terpenoid glycosides can dissolve in hot water, MeOH, EtOH, cant disso
