Investment Summary,1、Shenzhen Forward Golf Sport Service Co., Ltd was set up in 2001, a

2、nd accomplished the incorporation reform in March, 2008. The Company has 3 million RMB register capital, and 30 employees currently (not include course staffs).,2、The company is the sole originator of golf tour schedule (Forward Golf Tour Schedule,FGT) in China, and the only operator. Based on its c

3、ourse net-work, membership, and booking management system, it has set up an integral comprehensive golf club, which can provide services covering vocation, hotel accomodation, and fashion leisure activities, etc.,3、Now, FGT owns 21 clubs in 19 cities domestically and abroad, armed with 25 standard 1

4、8-hole golf courses (total at 450 holes), and enrolled around 20,000 member. It is now the largest membership golf club in China, with the largest hole number.,4,3,(4) The mode of our operation is unique in the current field of Chinese golf.
