洗发水瓶盖注塑成型工艺及模具设计摘 要:本次模具设计的内容是“洗发液瓶盖注塑模的设计”。这个制品的结构近似一个壳体，主盖与其上面的小盖以铰链相连，打开后，小盖固定在一特定位置，合上后与主盖成一整体。设计内容是从零件的工艺分析开始的，根据工艺要求来确定设计的大体思路。其开始是从零件的材料选择，接下是成型参数、密度、收缩率的确定，模具种类与模具设计的关系、塑件的尺寸精度与结构、注射机的选择、模具设计有关尺寸的计算（包括模具行腔型芯的计算及其公差的确定）、注塑机参数的校核、模具结构设计、模具冷却、加热系统计算、注射模标准件的选用及总装技术要求等内容。其中模具结构设计是这次设计的主要内容，其内容包含了模具的分型面选择、主流道及分流道的设计与布局，推出机构导向机构,铰链的设计等一系列模具的重要零部件的设计加工方法和加工注意要点。塑料瓶盖的材料选用聚丙烯。首先用UG进行洗发水瓶盖的三维造型，利用CAD/CAE作出辅助分析，通过查阅各种资料，完成包括形状及尺寸方面的数据运算，然后根据洗发水瓶盖的结构特点设计了模具的型芯、型腔、脱模及整体结构。此模具的结构较为复杂，动模和定模都采用了镶拼结构。由于生产批量较大，采用一模两腔、对排的布置方式。由于聚丙烯对热较敏感，且此塑件的壁厚较薄，经过计算此设计可以不必加设冷却水道。此外，为了缩短模具的生产周期，提高生产率，本设计在很多地方采用标准件，例如模架，导柱导套。关键词：洗发液瓶盖，注塑模，铰链，PC Shampoo Bottle Cap Injection Molding Process and Mold Design ABSTRACT:The mold design and the contents of the shampoo bottle injection mold design.
