17、es, high risk elements PFMEA and key characteristics that affect part quality. Process Control Audits shall be performed once per shift by supervisors. Upper Management: Need to be included as team members. Process Owner: Should be someone within plant management. Team Leader: Should be the person responsibl

32、e for overseeing implementation. Empower the Team: The team must be able to make necessary decisions related to LPA. Support: All management must be notified to provide immediate support when requested. Schedule frequent meetings: Meetings should be scheduled to review LPA results, track corrective

It is a living document that should be updated regularly with corrective actions, error-mistake proofing, etc. 不要认为LPA是一成不变的。它是动态文件,应随纠正措施的实施, 防误防错的开展定期进行更新。 Do not crea
