2、urtain Wall around the sports utilities Facade of the Offices,Material Families We would like to offer three different material families: The first one would be based on one panel product (fibre cement, trespa, eternit) As an alternative we could also imagine to combine the fibre cement panels for t

3、he closed faade areas with panels made of fibreglass in a matched colour as sun protection.,1. The Base The Base will be vested with rough natural stone plates. There will be glass windows and sliding doors from the swimming pool to the exterior. The same material will be used on the other walls sur

4、rounding the basin of the cascade.,2. The Lobby Facade The south faade of the Lobby will consist of large scale structural glazing to emphasize the open space inside and to have a direct connection to the cascade, the plaza and the inside of the community.,3. Curtain Wall around the sports utilities

5、 Swimming pool and gymnasium will be wrapped with a second skin to protect those areas from the sun. Possible cladding materials are metal, fibre cement, trespa or eternity panels. These can be fixed, perforated or semi-transparent with the effect that thereby a heating by the sun will be excluded.

6、Also the effect of a changing night and day appearance will contribute to the liveliness of the building. The closed parts of the inner faade could be simply plastered, possibly also in a bright colour (blue) so that through the perforated or semi-transparent shutters the colour can be seen like the

7、 inside of the garment.,As an alternative we could also imagine movable vertical shutters made by the same material.,Material Families The second one would be metal (aluminium, steel, copper). Since we already showed several references for aluminium or steel solutions we would like to show a copper

8、solution which illustrates very well how the closed panels, the perforated panels for sun protection and the shutters are made by the same material.,4. Facade of the Offices The skin around the rest of the building will consist out of the same material. The difference hereby is, that instead of a cu

9、rtain wall the same elements will be attached directly onto the wall. An individual sun protection can be guaranteed by shutters out of the used facade material.,Material Families The third one would be natural stone. We could also imagine using natural stone as faade material. In the reference pictures you can see a solution for sun protection made in stone. In this solution would use a different material for th
