3、7要求HB以上，CSA C22.2 No.113要求5VA（Exception:如果处于高压电路的带电部 件用5VA的材料包裹起来后，其周围或外壳材料可用HB等级）。 非金属风轮（叶）材料： HB等级的塑料风轮与风轮电机外壳上开孔的距离不应小于25.4mm，如小于这一距离，需 满足以下要求： 电机外壳开孔数量小于6，且开孔直径不大于6.75mm或开孔面积不大于35.48 mm ；or HWI=4; or 通过50章风轮燃烧测试。 注：装饰部件的材料属性不作要求。,Section 1 Mechanical Construction,Accessibility of Moving Parts 在检

4、查器具是否符合标准要求时，需要使用如下测试探棒。并且该测试探棒应该施加 4.45N的力（5S），测试探棒不应该触及危险的运动部件。(UL507能满足8.2.9 c)可以不用工具拆卸也满足要求；CSA 113要求网罩必须要用工具才能拆卸） 注：对于塑料材料类型的网罩，这些塑料网罩还需要放置在烤箱（70度）中处理7个小时后冷却到室温再做测试，即，UL 746C Mold Stress-Relief Distortion Test。,Section 1 Mechanical Construction,Accessibility of Live Parts 在检查器具是否符合标准要求时，一般，不用工具

7、ctrical Construction,Internal Wiring 1、需适当保护，通过外壳开孔，允许被测试手指触及，但不允许被钩拉； 2、内部导线的布线应远离运动部件及带锐利边缘的部件，以防绝缘损伤。若穿过壁厚小于1.07mm的金属开孔时，该金属开孔需作折边处理或在开孔处增加壁厚为1.2mm的套管，如下图： 3、线号：UL507没有对线号作具体要求，满足过流即可。CSA C22.2 No.113要求内部线线号最小为18AWG，电机引线在满足如下情况下可放宽到24号线： 工厂装配； 长度小于150mm； 被外壳包裹。 4、绝缘厚度：CSA C22.2 No.113要求内部线绝缘厚度不小于

10、Electrical Construction,(CSA 113) 以下情况需提供接地： 商用或者工业用； （家用风扇不强制要求接地）,Switches or other control devices 1、开关的额定值不能小于其所控制的负载的额定值； 2、主控开关应和火线连接； 3、控制非电机感性负载（如变压器、镇流器）的开关，其额定电流应为所控制负载的额定电流的两倍以上； 4、如产品有白炽灯，控制该灯的开关需满足下述要求： 需能控制“T”或“L”负载； 如是交流电，开关额定电流需为所控负载的6倍。如是直流电，开关额定电流需为所 控负载的10倍。 5、如产品中有荧光灯，其控制开关的额定电流至

11、少为所控镇流器额定电流的2倍。 Capacitor 1、电机启动电容，需经UL 810认证； 2、X和Y电容需经UL1414认证或通过UL1283耐压、绝缘电阻及耐久测试。,Section 3 Components,Motor 1、马达应该具有UL或ETL认证，并符合UL 1004-1/2/3/4, CSA C22.2 No. 100和CSA C22.2 No.77的要求； 2、A级绝缘系统马达内的电气部件、塑料部件以及绝缘材料须有相应的UL认证； 3、B级以上绝缘系统马达，除电气部件、塑料部件要有认证外，还需提供相关的绝缘系统认 证。 以下部件须经认证： 塑胶、内部线、开关、奶嘴、热缩套管、
