2.411m球磨机总体及筒体设计摘要: 为了提高粉磨效率，满足生产工艺要求，设计了用于粉磨水泥生料的2.411m球磨机的筒体部分。设计了一种开流形式能实现圈流工艺的粉磨工艺系统，选定了具有选粉作用的双层隔仓板。避免糊磨、饱磨、隔仓板篦缝堵塞严重、磨内通风不良导致磨温居高不下、磨不细、跑粗等现象的发生。本设计参考了鹏飞集团的部分设计，采取了使用新型高效筛分隔仓板和窄篦缝的磨尾出料装置，隔仓板防堵篦缝的设计，调整各仓仓长等方法解决上述问题。同时采用了筒体焊接的新工艺，降低了磨机的生产成本。关键词：球磨机；粉磨效率；粉磨系统；双层隔仓板The design of the overall and cylinder part for 2.411m ball mill Abstract: In order to improve grinding efficiency and meet the demands of production technology, the cylinder part of the 2.411m ball mill used in grinding the raw material of cement is designed. The open-current grinding system which can achieve closed-current is designed, the double-deck separate storehouse board used to choose the balls is chose. It avoid many problems such as paste ,full ,the slit to be plugged , the ventilation in ball mill not good , which result in the temperature in ball mill being too high. I got the reference part of the design from Pengfei group. New design of high efficiency diaphragm plate, narrow slit of output device, adjusted the length of bunker are used to solve these problems. And new type of welding process is used to reduce the cost of production.Key words: Ball mill; grinding effici
