摘 要摘 要目前，国内塑料模具市场以注塑模具需求量最大，其中发展重点为工程塑料模具。注射成型是塑料成型的一种重要方法，它主要适用于热塑性塑料的成型，可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑件。本课题就是将医疗器材中的股动脉压迫器作为设计模型，将注射模具的相关知识作为依据，阐述塑料注射模具的设计过程。 本设计对股动脉压迫器进行的注塑模设计，利用Pro/E软件对塑件进行了实体造型，对塑件结构进行了工艺分析。明确了设计思路，确定了模具加工工艺过程并对各个具体部分进行了详细的计算和校核。如此设计出的结构可确保模具工作运用可靠，保证了与其他部件的配合。最后用autoCAD绘制了一套模具装配图和零件图。 通过对股动脉压迫器工艺的正确分析，设计了一副一模两腔的塑料模具。详细地叙述了模具成型零件包括定模板、定模固定板、动模板、动模固定板等的设计与加工工艺过程，重要零件的工艺参数的选择与计算，推出机构与浇注系统以及其它结构的设计过程，并对试模与产品缺陷作了介绍。巩固和深化了所学知识，取得了比较满意的效果，达到了预期的设计意图。关键词: 模具设计；一模两腔；注射成型；股动脉压迫器；塑料模具 ABSTRACTIn recent years, domestic market to plastic mold injection mold greatest demand, which focused on the development of engineering plastics die.
