2、即:备课要面向全体学生、课堂教学要面向全体学生,分层次教学,使每个学生都能得到最快的发展。 三、正确把握语文教育的特点,运用于教育教学。 生活处处有语文。语文是最重要的交通工具,它是人类文化的重要组成部分。工具性与人文性是语文课程的基本特点。 在教学过程,教师首先树立“教”为“学”服务的思想,确立学生的主体地位。从学生的“学”出发,对课堂教学进行调控。同时也要注重教师的主导作用。在学习,给学生有利的指导和引 导,精讲精练,给学生自主学习的权利,把课堂真的还给学生,使学生主动学习,自读自悟,成为获取知识的主,Look at the video and answer the question.Wh
