编号 毕业设计（论文）相关资料题目： 轴端盖罩冷冲压工艺及模具设计 信机 系 机械工程及自动化专业学 号：学生姓名：指导教师： 目 录一、毕业设计（论文）开题报告二、毕业设计（论文）外文资料翻译及原文三、学生“毕业论文（论文）计划、进度、检查及落实表”四、实习鉴定表 毕业设计（论文）开题报告题目： 轴端盖罩冷冲压工艺及模具设计 信机 系 机械工程及自动化 专业学 号：学生姓名：指导教师： 课题来源课题来源于生产实际，主要锻炼连续模设计技巧。主要是板料成形的基本原理，五种冲压成形基本方法(冲裁、弯曲、拉伸、成形和冷挤压)的工艺及模具设计以及冷冲压工艺过程的制订方法。学生学完本课程后应达到下列基本要求：1、初步掌握冲压成形的原理，板料成形规律及其与冲压工艺和冲模设计的关系。2、掌握冲压工艺过程的设计方法，具有设计中等复杂程度冲压件的工艺过程的能力。3、掌握冲模的设计方法，具有设计中等复杂程度的冲模和必要的辅助机构的能力。4、具有应用冲压成形基本原理，冲压工艺及冲模设计方法的知识，分析和解决冲压生产中常见的产品质量和模具方面的技术问题的能力。科学依据（包括课题的科学意义；国内外研究概况、水平和发展趋势；应用前景等）（1） 课题科学意义 被誉为“工业之母”，“皇冠工业”的模具制造业是高新技术产业的一个重要组成部分，是工业生产的重要基础装备产业，是国民经济的基础产业。据统计，金属零件粗加工的75%，精加工的50%和塑料零件的90%使用模具加工完成的。用模具生产的产品，其价值往往是模具价值的几十倍，模具是一门技术综合性很强的精密基础工艺装备技术，涉及新工艺，新材料，新技术，新设备的开发运用，是冶金，计量，机电一体化，材料，计算机等夺门学科以及铸造，锻造，热处理，机加工和检测等多工种共同打造的系统工程。用模具生产制品具有高效性，低耗性，高一致性和高精度性等特点，这是其他任何加工制造方法所不及的。目前模具制造业已成为与高新技术产业互为依托的产业，模具技术水平的高低已成为衡量国家制造业水平重要的标志之一。 冲压是模具工业中最重要的加工方法之一。冲压模具在实际工业生产中应用广泛，其在机械工业和国防工业以及日常生活用品的生产方面，占据着十分重要的地位。随着当今科技的发展，工业生产中模具的使用已经越来越引起人们的重视而被大量运用到工业生产中，同时冲压模具可以大大提高劳动生产效率，减轻工人负担，具有重要的技术进步意义和经济价值。研究状况及其发展前景 随着科学技术的不断进步，工业产品生产日益复杂与多样化，产品性能和质量也在不断提高，因而对冷冲压技术提出了更高的要求。通过不断的创新和发展以及在国家政策的正确引导下，经过多年的努力现我国冲压模具的设计与制造能力已达较高水平，许多模具企业加大了用于技术进步的投资力度，将技术进步视为企业发展的重要动力，一些国内企业普遍运用了二维CAD，并陆续开始引用UG，Pro/Engineer等国际通用软件，个别厂家还进了Moldflow，Magmasoft等CAE软件，并成功运用于冲压模具的设计中。虽然如此，我国的冲压模具设计制造能力与市场需求和国际先进水平相比仍有较大的差距。当前，国内模具工业的发展过程面临四大问题：一是产品低端，同质化现象严重，精密加工设备在模具加工设备中的比重较低，许多先进模具技术应用不够广泛等，致使相当一部分大型，精密，复杂和长寿命模具依赖进口，每年需从国外进口大量先进模具；二是技术落后，技术人才短缺，在国外，模具企业中技术人员所占比重在25%到50%左右，而本土模具企业这一比重不足5%。三是管理粗放化，本土模具企业大多是中小企业，许多模具企业至今沿用作坊式粗放经营管理模式，在模具交货期和成本，质量控制方面问题不断；四是标准低，模具标准件水平低，模具标准件覆盖率国外一般为80%，而本土企业仅为30%，CAD/CAE/CAM技术的普及率不高，发达国家模具师靠电脑设计，进行模具开发。模具技术的发展是模具工业发展最关键的一个因素，其发展方向应该为适应模具产品“交货期短”，“精度高”，“质量好”，“价格低”的要求服务。标志冲压模具先进水平的多工位级进模和多功能模具，是我国重点发展的精密模具品种。一系列问题表明中国目前的模具结构还需要进一步调整，增长方式也需要进一步转变，必须从量的扩张逐渐转变到以质为先的轨道上来，模具CAD/CAE/CAM向集成化，三维化，智能化和网络化服务方向发展；模具检测，加工设备向精密化，高效化和多功能化方向发展以及快速经济制造技术的推广引用同时加大开发优质模具材料和先进的表面处理技术；模具研磨抛光将向自动化，智能化方向发展，坚持模具工业新工艺，新理念和新模式的发展。拟采取的研究方法、技术路线、实验方案及可行性分析冷冲压工艺设计是针对给定的产品图样，根据其生产批量的大小、冲压设备的类型规格、模具制造能力及工人技术水平等具体生产条件，从对产品零件图的冲压工艺性分析入手经过必要的工艺计算，制定出合理的工艺方案，最后编写冲压工艺卡的一个综合分析、计算、设计过程。冲压工艺方案的确定包括工序性质、数量的确定，工序顺序的安排，工序组合方式及工序定位方式的确定等内容。冲压模具设计则是依据制定的冲压工艺规程，在认真考虑毛坯的定位、出件、废料排出诸问题以及模具的制造维修方便、操作安全可靠等因素后，设计计算并构思出与冲压设备想适应的模具总体结构然后绘制出模具总装图和所有非标准零件图的整个设计绘图过程。冲模制造是根据模具结构、模具材料、尺寸精度、形位精度、工作特性和使用寿命等项要求，综合考虑各方面的特点，并充分发挥现有设备的一切特长，正确选择加工方法和装配方法，选出最佳加工方案，制定出合理的冲模加工工艺规程的过程。研究计划及预期成果研究计划：2012年11月12日-2012年11月17日：按照任务书要求查阅论文相关参考资料，填写毕业设计开题报告书。2012年12月3日-2013年3月1日：工作计划、进度。2013年3月4日-2013年3月8日：查阅参考资料，学习并翻译一篇与毕业设计相关的英文材料。2013年3月9日-2013年4月12日：冲压工艺设计，模具结构设计，刃口尺寸和主要零件结构设计和尺寸计算。2013年4月13日-2013年5月3日：绘制模具装配图和零件图。2013年5月4日-2013年5月25日：工艺文件、毕业论文撰写和修改工作。预期成果：1完成模具装配图：2张（A0或A1）；2零件图：主要非标准件零件图（不少于5张）；3冷冲压工艺卡片：1张；4设计说明书：1份；5翻译8000以上外文印刷字符或译出约5000左右汉字的有关技术资料或专业文献，内容要尽量结合课题。已具备的条件和尚需解决的问题已具备的条件：工件尺寸，性能要求，工件的加工方法。尚需解决的问题：压力机的冲压力大小及具体参数的计算指导教师意见 指导教师签名：年 月 日教研室（学科组、研究所）意见 教研室主任签名： 年 月 日系意见 主管领导签名： 年 月 日 英文原文 Mold design and manufacture1 The domestic and foreign development status The mold is the manufacturing industry important craft foundation, in our country, the mold manufacture belongs to the special purpose equipment manufacturing industry.
