41、到熟知的过程讲解,能够真正意义上为他们排忧解难,指点迷津。  万事开头难:不要害怕  其实,进入任何一个陌生的领域和行业,都会面临上面的问题。如果过来人能够将问题讲清楚,有效规避情况的再次出现,许多过来人往往会发出这样的感叹:唉,早知这样,我就不害怕了。  笔者接触过不同行业不同企业的导购人员,他们总是展现在笔者面前的是一副成熟、不害怕的精神状态。一次,在去某百货商场购物的过程中,就被一个商场营业员给叫住了,她推销某品牌用新材料制成的免烫衬衫。我对这种新型材料很感兴趣,于是就停了下来,拿起一件衬衫观看。此时,这名营业员就咨询我所需要的

42、尺寸。  我一惊,心里盘算,我可没有打算买。于是,马上反问到,这种新材料制成的衬衫有什么优点,她马上对答如流。之后,我又追问到,为什么会有这种效果,这种新材料真的有这么好吗?会不会是骗人的?一连串的反问,这位营业员就显得有些紧张,说话开始结舌。此时,一个年龄较大的营业员走过来,向我解释清楚。当然,我最终还是找个借口离开了。  我想,前面的那位年青营业员肯定也接受过同样的专业知识培训和教育,她肯定也很清楚这种新材料的优点。但是,她缺乏根本的自信心,害怕说错、害怕说不到位。  这就是刚入门者与老导购员之间的最大区别,没有经验,害怕失败。但

43、是,如果不经历过多的失败,你如何才能积累经验,如果能够收获成功。  因此,刚入门的导购员们,请你们千万不要害怕,要知道你所面对的顾客也是一个生手,他根本都不清楚你产品的优势。就算你说错了一句话,做错了一件事,也是不会被轻易发现和认知。因此,你还有什么好害怕的呢?  笔者建议,很多时间,导购员需要换个思维,如果你作为顾客去购买别人的产品时,你对这一产品的知识和了解也只是空白。所以,别人说的对与错,你又怎么清楚呢?  在弄清楚定位之后,你就完全可以通过简单的产品知识学习和导购技巧的学习之后,顺利的进入新的行业了,而害怕只不过是一层窗户纸。

44、  切忌经验主义:不要自以为是  当一些导购员完成了从门外汉到门内人的角色转型之后,就会遭遇到其职业规划生涯中的第一发展瓶颈:自以为是。总是自大地认为这种做法和行为是正确的,或者还盲目的认为原先的一些做法是还可以进行技巧的创新和提炼。殊不知就是在这一系列的创新中,许多导购员人员陷入了投机取巧的伪陷阱。  对一这种行为,笔者分析后认为,这是导购员在发展初期,由内心的首获成功从而产生的个人主观主义和经验主义。  下面,我们就要通过几种手段的运用来避免和阻止这种错误的再度发生。  第一步:扎实基本功。

45、大家都清楚,高楼大厦墙脚起,墙脚一定要踏实。如果不踏实,一年不会有问题,二年就会显示出问题了。因此,对于导购员而言,在开始接触这一事物之前,一定要将产品知识、导购技巧等最为基本的知识弄清楚,弄明白,这样才能够获得厚积薄发的作用。  第二步:不要相信速成法;凡事都要经历一个由失败到成功的过程中,万物也都会经历一个由幼稚向成熟的过程;因此,不要相信有什么速成法。一个月速成法学会英语的人,跟二年逐步学成英语的人,根本不在一个档次上。因此,不要以为你生性外向,就会比别人快速掌握导购技巧,凡事都要讲究一个量化到质变的积累,而这需要一个过程。  第三步:多点失败。在

51、员工等级评定标准        23第 1 章 前  言店员每天在卖场中要接触形形色色的顾客,每一位顾客在选购商品时各有特性,购买的动机也可以说是五花八门的。通过对消费者行为模式的研究,人们发现,顾客作出的购买决定往往不是足够理性的,甚至有的是瞬间的冲动。作为一个店员,就是要尽可能的努力找到导致客户决定购买的诱因,并抓住瞬间的机会,迅速成交。这是每一位店员在销售过程中极为重要的工作。店员首先应具有做事的干劲,这样才能切实的投入工作,并在工作中寻找乐趣;其次还要拥有充沛的体力,即要有良好的健康条件,在工作时要充满活力;接着应有参与的热忱

72、;    ü 下雨天要准备好干净的水桶,请顾客将雨伞放入水桶中并说,“谢谢您冒雨光临”。       ü 对吃零食的顾客进店,为防止手触摸衣服时弄脏服饰,主动递一张面巾纸。主动说:“您好,面巾纸是给您擦手专门准备的,垃圾桶在位置,你有什么需要请随时叫我”。 Ø       介绍       ü 必须亲切地与顾客交流,在了解顾客需求的同时,要消除顾客的疑虑及防备。服务员须依据顾客的需求、向其推荐并介绍符合其需求的产品。对顾客提出的问题,必须不厌其烦地进行解答。
