摘 要

根据塑料制品的要求,了解塑件的用途,分析塑件的工艺性、尺寸精度等技术要求,选择塑件制件尺寸。本模具采用一出四件,侧入式浇口进料,注射机采用海天120W1×B型号,设置冷却系统,用CAD绘制二维总装图和零件图,选择模具合理的加工方法。附上说明书,系统地运用简要的文字,简明的示意图和和计算等分析塑件,从而作出合理的模具设计。

Abstract

To understand the use of plastic parts in accordance with the requirements of the plastic products, analysis of the technical requirements of the plastic parts of the process, dimensional accuracy, select the workpiece size of the plastic parts. The mold using a two side gate feed injection machine adopts Haitian the 120W1×B models, and set a cooling system, CAD drawing two-dimensional assembly diagram and parts diagram, reasonable mold processing methods. Attach a manual, use brief text, a concise diagram and calculated analysis of plastic parts, in order to make a reasonable mold design.

1  绪论

模具制造是国家经济建设中的一项重要产业,振兴和发展我国的模具工业,日益受到人们的重视和关注。“模具是工业生产的基础工艺装备”也已经成为广大业内人士的共识。在电子、汽车、电机、电器、仪器、仪表、家电和通信等产品中,60%~80%的零部件都要依靠模具成形。用模具生产制件所具备的高精度、高复杂程度、高一致性、高生产率和低消耗,是其它加工制造方法所不能比拟的。模具又是“效益放大器”,用模具生产的最终产品的价值,往往是模具自身价值的几十倍、上百倍。模具工业是制造业中的一项基础产业,是技术成果转化的基础,同时本身又是高新技术产业的重要领域。

1.1 塑料简介

塑料是以树脂为主要成分的高分子材料,它在一定的温度和压力下具有流动性。可以被模塑成型为一定的几何形状和尺寸,并在成型固化后保持其既得形状而不发生变化。塑料有很多优异性能,广泛应用于现代工业和日常生活,它具有密度小,质量轻,比强度高,绝缘性能好,介电损耗低,化学稳定性高,减摩耐磨性能好,减振隔音性能好等诸多优点。另外,许多塑料还具有防水、防潮、防透气、防辐射及耐瞬时烧蚀等特殊性能[1]。塑料以从代替部分金属、木材、皮革及无机材料发展成为各个部门不可缺少的一种化学材料,在国民经济中,塑料制作已成为各行各业不可缺少的重要材料之一。

1.2 注塑成型及注塑模

将塑料成型为制品的生产方法很多,最常用的有注射,挤出,压缩,压注,压延和吹塑等。其中,注射成型是塑料成型加工中最普遍采用的方法。除氟塑料外,几乎的有的热塑性塑料都可以采用此方法成型。它具有成型周期短,能一次成型外形复杂、尺寸精度较高、易于实现全自动化生产等一系列优点。因此广泛用于塑料制件的生产中,其产口占目前塑料制件生产的30%左右。但注射成型的设备价格及模具制造费用较高,不适合单件及批量较小的塑料件的生产。

要了解注射成型和注射模,首先得了解注射机的一些基本知识,注射机是注射成型的主要设备,依靠该设备将粒状塑料通过高压加热等工序进行注射。?注射机为热塑性或热固性塑料注射成型所用的主要设备,按其外形可分为立式、卧式、直角式三种,由注射装置、锁模装置、脱模装置,模板机架系统等组成。

注射成型是根据金属压铸成型原理发展而来的,其基本原理是利用塑料的可挤压性和可模塑性。首先将松散的粒状或粉状成型物料从注射机的料斗送入高温的机筒内加热熔融塑化,使之成为粘流态熔体,然后在柱塞或螺杆的高压推动下,以很大的流速通过料筒前端的喷嘴注射进入温度较低的闭合模具中,经过一段保压冷却定型时间后,开启模具便可以从模腔中脱出具有一定形状和尺寸的塑料制品。

注射成型生产中使用的模具叫注射模,它是实现注射成型生产的工艺装备。

注射模的种类很多,其结构与塑料品种、塑件的复杂程度和注射机的种类等很多因素有关,其基本结构都是由动模和定模两大部分组成的。定模部分安装在注射机的固定板上,动模部分安装在注射机的移动模板上,在注射成型过程中它随注射机上的合模系统运动。注射成型时动模部分与定模部分由导柱导向而闭合。一般注射模由成型零部件、合模导向机构、浇注系统、侧向分型与抽芯机构、推出机构、加热和冷却系统、排气系统及支承零部件组成。

注射模、塑料原材料和注射机通过注射成型工艺联系在一起。注射成型工艺的核心问题就是采用一切措施以得到塑化良好的塑料熔体,并把它注射到型腔中去,在控制条件下冷却定型,使塑件达到所要求的质量。注射机和模具结构确定以后,注射成型工艺条件的选择与控制便是决定成型质量的主要因素。

注射成型有三大工艺条件,即:温度、压力、时间。在成型过程中,尤其是精密制品的成型,要确立一组最佳的成型条件决非易事,因为影响成型条件的因素太多,有制品形状、模具结构、注射装备、原材料、电压波动及环境温度等。

塑料模具的设计不但要采用CAD技术,而且还要采用计算机辅助工程(CAE)技术。这是发展的必然趋势。注塑成型分两个阶段,即开发/设计阶段(包括产品设计、模具设计和模具制造)和生产阶段(包括购买材料、试模和成型)。

传统的注塑方法是在正式生产前,由于设计人员凭经验与直觉设计模具,模具装配完毕后,通常需要几次试模,发现问题后,不仅需要重新设置工艺参数,甚至还需要修改塑料制品和模具设计,这势必增加生产成本,延长产品开发周期。

目前国际市场上主要流行的,运用范围最广的注射模流动模拟分析软件有澳大利亚的MOLDFLOW、美国的CFLOW、华中科技大学的H-FLOW等。其中MOLDFLOW软件包括三个部分:MOLDFLOW PLASTICS ADVISERS (产品优化顾问,简称MPA),MOLDFLOW PLASTICS INSIGHT (注射成型模拟分析,简称MPI),MOLDFLOW PLASTICS XPERT (注射成型过程控制专家,简称MPX)。

采用CAE技术,可以完全代替试模,CAE技术提供了从制品设计到生产的完整解决方案,在模具制造加工之前,在计算机上对整个注射成型过程进行模拟分析,准确预测熔体的填充、保压、冷却情况,以及制品中的应力分布、分子和纤维取向分布、制品的收缩和翘曲变形等情况,以便设计者能尽早发现问题,及时修改制件和模具设计,而不是等到试模以后再返修模具。这不仅是对传统模具设计方法的一次突破,而且对减少甚至避免模具返修报废、提高制品质量和降低成本等,都有着重大的技术经济意义。

Each kind of fast economical pattern making technology also can consummate mature and the development unceasingly in the promoted application process, as a result of the high technology and new technology development, each kind of technical bonding with the seepage, for the adaption production in different demand, surely will be able to form some, the frugal energy, the frugal material fast pattern making technology new from now on. 6译文:现代快速经济制造模具技术 随着全球经济的发展,新的技术革命不断取得新的进展和突破,技术的飞跃 发展已经成为推动世界经济增长的重要因素。市场经济的不断发展,促使工业产品越来越向多品种、小批量、高质量、低成本的方向发展,为了保持和加强产品在市场上的竞争力,产品的开发周期、生产周期越来越短,于是对制造各种产品的关键工艺装备模具的要求越来越苛刻。 一方面企业为追求规模效益,使得模具向着高速、精密、长寿命方向发展;另一方面企业为了满足多品种、小批量、产品更新换代快、赢得市场的需要,要求模具向着制造周期短、成本低的快速经济的方向发展。计算机、激光、电子、新材料、新技术的发展,使得快速经济制模技术如虎添翼,应用范围不断扩大,类型不断增多,创造的经济效益和社会效益越来越显著。 快速经济制模技术与传统的机械加工相比,具有制模周期短、成本低、精度与寿命又能满足生产上的使用要求,是综合经济效益比较显著的一类制造模具的技术,概括起来,有以下几种类别。 1 快速原型制造技术 快速原型制造技术简称 RPM,是 80 年代后期发展起来的一种新型制造技术。美国、日本、英国、以色列、德国、中国都推出了自己的商业化产品,并逐渐形成了新型产业。 RPM 是电脑、激光、光学扫描、先进的新型材料、计算机辅助设计(CAD)、计算机辅助加工(CAM)、数控(CNC)综合应用的高新技术。在成型概念上以平面离散、堆积为指导,在控制上以计算机和数控为基础,以最大柔性为总体目标。它摒弃了传统的机械加工方法,对制造业的变革是一个重大的突破,利用 RPM 技术可以直接或间接地快速制模,该技术已被汽车、航空、家电、船舶、医疗、模具等行业广泛应用。 2 表面成型制模技术 表面成型制模技术,主要是利用喷涂、电铸、7化学腐蚀等新的工艺方法形成型腔表面及精细花纹的一种工艺技术,实际应用中包括以下几种类型。 电弧喷涂成型制模技术 电弧喷涂成型技术的原理是:利用 2 根通电的金属丝之间产生电弧的热量将金属丝熔化,依靠高压气体将其充分雾化,并给予一定的动能,高速喷射在样模表面,层层镶嵌,形成一金属壳体,即型腔的内表面,再用充填基体材料(一般为金属粉粒与树脂的复合材料)加以支撑加固,提高其强度和刚性,连同金属模架组合成模具。这种制模技术工艺简单、成本低,制造周期非常短,型腔表面的成型仅需几个小时,节省能源和金属材料,一般型腔表面仅 2-3mm 厚,仿真性极强,花纹精度可达到 0.5m。 目前该技术被广泛地用于飞机、汽车的内饰件模具、家电、家俱、制鞋、美术工艺品等表面形状复杂及花纹精细的各种聚氨酯制品的吹塑、吸塑、PVC 注射、PU 发泡及各类注射成型模具中。 电铸成型技术 电铸成型技术的原理同电镀一样,是依样模(现成制品或按制品图纸制成的母模)为基准(阴极),置放在电铸液中(阳极),使电铸液中的金属离子还原后一层一层地沉积在样模上,形成金属壳体,将其剥离后,与样模接触的表面即为模具的型腔内表面。该技术主要特点是节省材料、模具制造周期短,电铸层硬度可达 40HRC,提高了耐磨性和寿命,粗糙度、尺寸精度与样模完全一致,适用于注射、吸塑、吹塑、搪塑、胶木模、玻璃模、压铸模等模具型腔及电火花成型电极的制造。 型腔表面精细花纹成型的蚀刻技术 蚀刻技术是光学、化学、机加工综合应用的一种技术,它的基本原理是先把花纹图案制成胶片,再把胶片上的花纹图案复制在已涂上光敏材料的模具型腔表面上,经过化学处理,模具型腔表面形成不被蚀刻部分的保护层,再根据模具材质,选择相应蚀刻工艺,将花纹图案蚀刻在模具内表面上。 该技术的主要特点是时间短、费用低,修补破损花纹图案可做到天衣无缝。3 浇铸成型制模技术 浇铸成型制模技术的共同特点是依样件为基准,浇铸出凸、凹模,型腔表面不需要机械加工。4 挤压成型技术 利用铍铜合金的良好的导热性和稳定性,经固熔时效8处理后,采用冷挤压制造模具凹模型腔。其特点是制造周期短,型腔精度高(IT7级),表面粗糙度 Ra=0.025m,强度高
