摘 要
给煤设备是煤矿生产系统的主要设备之一,给煤设备的可靠性,特别是关键咽喉部位给煤设备的可靠性,直接影响整个生产系统的正常运行。生产实践证明,现有的往复式给料机的生产能力小、安装和拆卸不方便、受力不均匀等缺点。,随着煤炭工业的发展,煤矿井型不断地扩大,现有K型往复给煤机生产能力小,不能满足大型矿井的要求,因此,改进和扩大现有K型往复给煤机是完全必要的。本设计的往复式给煤机是在原有的基础上作了一些改进,具有结构简单、维修量小、性能稳定、噪音低、安装方便等优点。
本文主要介绍了:往复式给煤机的发展历史,用途,组成及工作原理;往复式给煤机的特点;设计的一般步骤;使用中存在的问题及改进措施;安装和维护等内容。在本次往复式给煤机的设计过程中,着重对减速器、传动平台、曲柄连杆机构、托辊进行了分析和设计。对重要的部件进行了受力分析、强度的校核,根据其常见失效形式、影响因素及基本设计要求,给出了重要部件的受力分析、强度和刚度的设计方法。

ABSTRACT
Coal mine production equipment is the one of the main equipment for coal equipment reliability, Special location is the key to the throat of coal equipment reliability, a direct impact on the entire production system to normal operation. 往复式给煤机在我国煤矿广泛应用几十年。生产实践证明,该设备对煤的品种、粒度、外在水份等适应性强,与其他给料设备相比,具有运行安全可靠、性能稳定、噪音低、维护工作量少等优点,仍不失推广使用的价值。随着煤炭工业的发展,煤矿井型不断地扩大,现有K型往复给煤机生产能力小,不能满足大型矿井的要求。因此,改进和扩大现有K型往复给煤机是完全必要的。
1.1 往复式给煤机的发展历史
给煤设备是煤矿生产系统的主要设备之一,给煤设备的可靠性,特别是关键咽喉部位给煤设备的可靠性,直接影响整个生产系统的正常运行。目前,我国煤矿使用的给煤设备主要是往复式给煤机和电振给煤机。 往复式给煤机最早研制于20世纪60年代初,70年代,在NGW基础上,更换了驱动装置,改为K系列,并一直沿用至今。国外给煤机发展状况也与国内大相径庭,并没有更高的技术含量,但价格却是国内同类产品的4~5倍。
